This villa is a luxury residence-hotel situated in the Hammamet Yasmine resort area. Links to the local public transport network and the bus station are about 200 metres from the villa and various bars, pubs, restaurants and shopping venues are approximately 700 metres away. It is less than 320 metres from the world-famous golden beaches, about an hour's walk from nightspots and the station and 65 km from city of Tunis. This aparthotel complex consists of 57 bungalows totalling 200 beds, arranged in a horseshoe layout at the heart of which are a terrace, an outdoor swimming pool and a welcoming Mediterranean garden. The central building, situated at the back of the complex, consists of a ground floor with a reception and a salon-bar overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange desk and lift access, further facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a bar, games room, TV lounge and restaurants. Internet access in public areas is available for fee, as are room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. Younger guests will be entertained at the kids' club and can let off some steam at the children's playgrounds (fees apply). Carefully designed and constructed in the architectural style of the region, with arched and crossed arched ceilings, thick walls and delicate woodwork, all of the bungalows enjoy sunny garden terraces.
