The apartment hotel is strategically located in one of the lively areas of Seville and provides easy access to all points of interest in the city. It is opposite the Exhibition and Congress Centre, close to the airport, near Santa Justa train station and perfectly well connected with the city centre. All apartment units are designed with generous, comfortable and bright spaces, with a carefully chosen decoration to please all tastes. All apartments have a bedroom combined living- and dining-room with sleeping sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. All of them are fitted with air conditioning, telephone, Internet access, various household necessities, cleaning utensils and amenities. The complex offers a swimming pool during the summer season from 15 June to 15 September. Normaly, Reception hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. Check-in after 22:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. Guests arriving after 00:00 are required to collect keys from a nearby hotel. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON COVID-19 Reception hours during the pandemic period will be from 9:00 to 22:00 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 24/12/20 AND 30/12/20 It is not allowed the access to the apartments of more people than those reflected in their already confirmed reservation. A deposit of 50 € will be requested to guarantee the good use of the rules and facilities. This deposit will be returned on departure. On the nights of 24/12 and 31/12, we will have vigilance security in our establishment throughout the night to ensure compliance with the rules and ensure the safety of all our clients. The establishment reserves the right to evict the apartment in case of non-compliance. The timetable for 24/12 and 31/12 are from 09:00 to 21:00.
