Getting Around Port El Kantaoui

🚌 Transport in the Port El Kantaoui Region

It’s easy to get around on foot but car hire is a great way of exploring independently. Taxis are also plentiful, cheap and metered. The local bus service is extensive, with louages (shared minibuses) taking you further if you like. There is also a family friendly land train, known as the Noddy Train, which is great fun!

Travelling by bus or carThe local bus service is good and serves the Port El Kantaoui area as well as further afield. Travel is very inexpensive, and louages (minivans) are also available and incredibly cheap. Driving in Tunisia is relatively easy but most tourists opt for taxis rather than hire cars. Remember to drive on the right-hand side.
