I would not recommend an all inclusive. Their spa facilities were not Muslim friendly. Their food was not great, we had food poisoning, lots of cross contamination, repetitive food.
I had a nice room with a nice view, the staff were lovely. The hotel itself gives no more than 3 star vibes.  If you’re visiting Tunisia I highly recommend eating outside of your hotel, support the locals and you’ll get a more cultural experience. The food outside is much nicer and a cheaper and a better option than all inclusive.

I would rate the rooms 5/10. The internet is good, and the facilities are acceptable, while the food is excellent — definitely 10/10.
As for the staff, I had the impression that there was a slight difference in how they treated Arabs compared to foreigners, as they seemed to give more attention to foreigners. I hope this was just a personal impression and not a general behavior, because the rest of the experience was good.”

This place is a bit out of date and worn. Seems to be a general issue in Tunesia. We stayed in winter, so many options for summer I cannot comment. Overall, the main area and restaurant feel a bit like being in a bunker, dark, no windows. The biggest problem is the air, the fried steel everywhere, also streaming upwards to the rooms. We could not enjoy the food. The acoustic isolation is bad in the rooms, you hear the neighbors talking. The indoor pool did not look inviting, and it’s located in the neighboring hotel. Frankly speaking, I was happy to stay only one night. You get, what you pay for…

The food was amazing, I’m 17 with my 4 family members, we had such a great time. There’s many many pools, inside and outside, the slides are fun and I haven’t mentioned the mini games around the hotel, the view is incredible and the hotel feels like a forest. The beach is clean and the every restaurant here is clean and tasty. maybe next year we will for sure come back and experience this amazing place again

Just returned from our first trip to Tunisia and I must say this hotel is amazing. The animation team are the best I’ve ever experienced - Patricia, Gringo, Zizzou and Luca especially! They Literally made our trip! The Pool party and the Karaoke were family favs and the activities and kids club kept the little one happy. The food here is the best I’ve had in an all inclusive even better than 5 star resorts - there’s great options for all and plenty of authentic food too. The Tunisian restaurant is a must! Communication with reception staff can be difficult, but just ask a member of the animation team to help. They really do go above and beyond!

3rd time staying at this hotel and will book again.  Staff are lovely, always bend over backwards to help you.  Hotel is very clean.  Domestic and recreation Staff are so helpful  .  I would say food 8 out of 10 but restaurant staff are brilliant as for the entertainment 10 out 10 always something to do.

Great location and animation. Food also really good, however seems a bit unorganised. Nice place to stay with loads of attractions and guaranteed weather. Rooms are kept clean at the good level, but little dated. Could do with a map and daily updates of what’s on the resort as it is quite big and sometimes hard to find the way round it all. Animation team and staff very friendly and helpful. Small improvements could really make the entire process a lot better.

We have returned from a 2 week family holiday here and on the whole had an amazing time! The food is probably the best I've ever had at an all inclusive. I'd say it's 5 star even! Animation team are great and we really enjoyed the aqua gym and aqua zumba, especially when it was Zizou doing it. AMAZING ZUMBA DANCER! The reason I'm giving only 3 stars on the whole is because we had some really annoying stuff go on during our stay. There didn't seem to be a clear wristband for adults and children. I have a 15yr old daughter that luckily had a child wristband on (because I specifically reminded them she was a child when they tried to put an adult wristband on her on arrival), but i saw other teens probably younger than my daughter that wore adult bands and had lifeguards and other staff eyeing them up and flirting. It just turned my stomach! I've been to resorts before where a child band is usually up to 15, then sometimes a teenager band for 16-17, then adult band for 18 plus. This would be a much better system! Also, I felt pressure every night to go to the nightclub. I think maybe staff get commission on how ever many tourists they bring. We actually did go for a drag show one of the nights as it was before 10 so we thought it would be free drinks, it wasn't so we walked out and I argued to get a refund for the tickets. Tbf they were so cheap but it was the principal! The shop sells nothing! I think the owner of shop is also the man that runs the nightclub! I had many dramas with haggling with him and many others there that try and sell you trips, silver etc. Whatever the price is, go at least a quarter! JOKERS THEY ARE! I know many staff are poorly paid and rely on tips. We tipped our waiter well at the end of our stay, and the cleaner. Entertainment in the evening was very poor. Younger child enjoyed the kids disco but the stuff after was rubbish. We got on well with the Animation team because we joined all the stuff in the pool in the day. We even took Patricia with us on the boat donut on our last day because the kids all loved her! She does a really good job! Also Luca with his aqua gym! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!
