Things To Keep In Mind

The staff was very friendly and responsive to my requests, the room was modern and well decorated, the coffee calpsules for the coffee machine in the room was filled daily along with water and tea, the view was great (right across the Hadrian’s Gate). Although the room was cleaned every 2 days, and the breakfast was just a bread and nutella, jam, butter, the coffee and sodas were unlimited in the common terrace area for everyone at any time though! I’d say it’s good value for the price! I’d recommend it.

Super convenient location, opposite to the entrance of the old town.
You can walk to everywhere.
Loads of places to eat around the hotel as well.
Bed is quite comfy but the room is very hot. We have to open the door for ventilation.
Breakfast is minimal but you get what you pay for, a puff pastry and a bread.
Will stay again all because of the location and price!

I stayed here in December 2025 for 4days the hotel rooms are nice user friendly, nicely decorated, has fridge, coffee machine, kettle, cups and glasses. Receptionist was nice, speaks English. The hotel is right in the city centre opposite the old town.
Bad point, my shower was blocked asked for repairs. Also the sockets are in wrong position, just above the mattress, when moving around the lights go on because your have touched them, needed them higher, so you don't touch them by accidently.
breakfast: small bread 🥖 and croissant 🥐 with jam and coffee.
Bad point,  the juice machine not working and was not topped up with water, 4 staff were standing around having a smoke in the dinning room.
My honest opinion about this hotel.

location is good, very close to Mcdonald which is a popular tour bus pick up point, only one min walk away from that.

room: photos on website look much nicer, i guess it is the fitout company workmanship issue, and the choice of building material brand/manufacturer, things loosen up, drawers /small table can fall forward easily。
but they have a small fridge with freezer, so it is very handy. also air con takes two to three hours to cool down the room, the first night we  came, it was boiling hot and took four hours to start feeling a bit cool, i don’t know if all hotels in turkey is like this? pillows too high and it is not comfortable, but quiet so slept ok,

breakfast: small bread 🥖 and croissant 🥐 are amazing! still warm and soft when they arrive our room, nothing else only bread

Honestly location is good, but our room did not have a view or window toilet was super crammed hit my knee multiple times on the toilet on the sink. Breakfast was a big bust a couple drinks/coffee but main "Meal" was a croissont, bread, nutella spread that's it. When I booked seeing "Breakfast included" I expected a breakfast not a damn snack super disappointed won't be coming back.

Terrible service at this hotel. Do not go here.

The AC in the room takes a very long time to cool, so don’t expect to be cooled during the afternoon.
The “non-smoking” room that I took is completely smokey once I come back to my room. Absolutely disgusting.
And lastly what made the most angry is when housekeeping took a cover which had something precious to me and threw it!! How can they throw something without checking the bag?? RIDICULOUS! The staff are completely unhelpful and don’t know what they’re talking about. They don’t care for what you have to say. Only thing good about the place is the location, but don’t waste your money on this hotel, plenty of others are available.

Edit : Don’t tell me that housekeeping didn’t take my painting when I know they did. How can something mysteriously disappear from my room? Also, I didn’t ask for my room to be cleaned which is what your instructions state.
