If you find a lower price for the same booking on a different ATOL protected website, we’ll aim to match or beat it. That’s right, just call us with the price and details of the deal, and we’ll work our magic, so you get an affordable holiday with a company you can trust.

How Our Price Match Works

Step 1 – Make a Note of the Lower Price

If you find the same holiday package available for less on another ATOL protected website, make a note of the full details.

Step 2 – Call Our Sales Team

Call one of our helpful Sales Team members on 0330 029 4684 with proof of the lower price.

Step 3 – We Verify and Match:

Our team will verify the quote and ensure the price is matched on your Teletext Holidays booking, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:

The booking must be a package that includes both flights and hotel accommodation.
We cannot provide matches for hotel-only or flight-only bookings.
The competitor’s package must be identical, including:

  Same room type
- ➤
  Same board basis
- ➤
  Any extras such as transfers, car hire, and other package components

The holiday must be available for immediate purchase and subject to the same terms of sale.

Proof of Lower Price

You must provide proof of the lower price in the form of a personalised quote showing the full details and total price of the competitor’s package.

Due to the fast-moving nature of the travel market, we are unable to honour any quote that is more than 2 hours old.

Important Conditions

The following additional terms apply:

The lower price must be publicly available to all customers.
It must not be reduced through a voucher, loyalty programme, or any other discount.
Cancellation terms must be consistent with ours.
We cannot match a non-refundable room type with a refundable one.
The package must include all quoted extras, such as booking or admin fees.
Existing bookings are excluded.
The Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other Teletext Holidays discounts or offers.
We reserve the right to decline any claim that cannot be verified to our satisfaction in accordance with the conditions stated above.

If we can confirm that the holiday is still available at the price quoted by the alternative provider, we will match it.
