Cheap Holidays to Manavgat

Holidays to Manavgat are warm and inviting. The inland town situated in the Antayla region of Turkey, built between the scenic Taurus Mountains and the golden beaches of the Mediterranean, is known for beautiful waterfalls and ancient art. Observe the landscape along the banks of the river as well as the many beautiful mosques that rise up. Best seen from land or by one of the many lazy boat cruises available.

Manavgat holidays offer a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of more popular neighbouring resorts in this part of Turkey – the closest resort being Side, for those wanting a day trip. Manavgat has not been overthrown with tourism yet; accommodation choices aren’t over-abundant, but we can guarantee that your Manavgat holidays will feel authentic and peaceful from start to finish.

Embrace the resort’s natural beauty with a trip to its majestic waterfalls and clear pockets of pools or hop on a boat trip along the famous river and follow it until you reach the beaches along the river mouth in Side. Friendly locals will guide you to some of the best eateries and bars in the area and are proud to tell you about the town’s rich history, going back over 2,000 years! Whether you’re planning a calming family holiday full of sunshine and scenes, or you want a quiet getaway with your loved one, Holidays to Manavgat are a real gem in the Mediterranean.

Inspiring views and refreshing waters, Manavgat Waterfalls are famous throughout Europe. Dip your feet or splash right in and take a safe and revitalising dip on the fall’s edge. Side is home to ancient ruins of the Roman city, Perge. Grab a bus or take a taxi and spend the day exploring the statues, decorative stone walls, and old Amphitheatre of a once booming city. Beyond the roman gate arch that’s still standing, the ancient port town’s site spans 15km and the temples of Apollo and Athena have plenty of history for you to unearth.
