Getting Around
Benalmadena is only a fifteen minute drive from Malaga airport, meaning you can go from plane to pool in super quick time! Taxis and car hire are available and there’s also a handy airport train. Most hotels are within easy reach of the beach and taxis are plentiful for longer journeys. The tourist train and hop-on-hop-off bus are both great ways to get around and see the main sights.
All About the Beach
The Benalmadena coastline stretches for 10km and is backed by a bustling promenade sporting lots of great places to shop, eat and drink when you need a break from the beach. Most people flock to the Blue Flag Santa Ana beach or Torre Bermeja – watersports central!
Brave Giddy Heights
Are you feeling adventurous? Brave the Free Fall Tower at Tivoli World theme park where kids under 1 metre get in free. There’s a programme of shows featured throughout the day, including a performance by famous singer Maria Isabel. Once you've taken on all the rollercoasters, catch a ride on the resort’s cable car for fabulous views. Tivoliandia also has 11 new rides for the littl'uns looking for an adventure.
