Absolutely fantastic stay!

We have been coming to this hotel for many years and it has never once disappointed us. The standard of customer service is consistently excellent — every member of staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with top-quality facilities that make each stay comfortable and relaxing.

It truly feels like a home away from home, and we look forward to returning year after year. Highly recommended!

Our family stay at Vincci Selección Aleysa in Benalmádena was exactly the kind of holiday where you leave not just satisfied, but with a warm feeling, as if you had visited good friends.
About the hotel and the atmosphere:
every morning began with sunrises that were impossible to take your eyes off: the sea awakens, the light gently falls on the water, and you realise — this is it, true tranquillity. At moments like these, you especially appreciate that the hotel is not just beautiful, it is smart, quiet and attentive to its guests. Everything here is designed to make your holiday easy: no fuss, no unnecessary effort, as if someone had taken care of you in advance.
Breakfast and dinner are a special treat
The breakfasts are wonderful: fresh, varied, with that feeling of "I want to try everything, but I'm already happy." And dinners are simply delightful: the taste, presentation, and pace of service are all at a level where you realise that this is not just "eating at a hotel," but a real evening ritual of pleasure.
Service, "honed" to perfection
The service here is truly honed to perfection: attentive without being intrusive, quick without being rushed, a sincere desire to help without formalities. At Vincci Aleysa, you don't feel like a "number in the system," but a guest who is eagerly awaited.
Cosy SPA
The spa is very cosy, calm and warm. It is the perfect place to truly unwind: relax, recharge your batteries and return to your room a different person, calmer and happier.
The most important thing -the people!
But all this would just be "very good" if it weren't for the people who make this hotel special. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff for their kindness, hospitality and rare human warmth, which is not "standard" but comes from the heart.
We would especially like to mention the employees who made our holiday truly special: Pepi, Lucia, Sofia, Nacho, Borja and Alfonso. Thank you for your smiles, care, attention to detail, for making our family feel like a welcome guest and us feel calm and confident that everything would be perfect. You don't just provide a service, you create a mood 🥰
We left with a feeling of immense gratitude and one thought: we will definitely be back this year, or ASAP. We had an amazing third visit to the Aleysa. From the welcome drink when we arrived, the room upgrade that we really appreciated and were delighted with, the fabulous breakfast each morning, to the hotel looking after our cases after we checked out, the hotel is superb in every respect. All members of staff go out of their way to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. All in all, absolutely fantastic!

Our Second Home!

We truly consider Vincci Aleysa our second home! This was our second visit, a full seven days of pure joy, and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations.

A heartfelt thank-you to Isabel for making everything so special!

The staff here feel like family. There’s truly nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay memorable. A huge shout-out to both Carlos', Lola, Alfonso, José, Cristina, Pepe, Sonia, Nacho, Marta, Belén, and the kind gentleman who sprinted down the stairs to beat us to the beach with floats for the kids — you are all simply amazing!

And the food — just incredible. Every meal was delicious, and the kitchen even prepared special dishes just for us (like my five-egg omelette!). But the highlight, as always, was the Beef Pho — our favourite from our first stay. I’d been talking about it for an entire year, and they still had it on the menu!

From start to finish, every moment at Aleysa was filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The room was exceptional, but it’s the people who make this place truly unforgettable.

Perfect location overlooking the sea and promenade just a few miles from Malaga airport, with the local train station a short bus ride away. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and always smiling in this beautifully presented clean and quiet hotel. The immaculate rooms all face the sea so there is no road noise, and with fresh and salt water pools to choose from, an on-site spa, and plenty of sun loungers, everyone is catered for. The restaurant service and food was first class, and with a few odd allergies mentioned to the chef I was able to enjoy virtually all the menu choices without any concern. Definitely a hotel to return to, and it was interesting to note that many of the guests during our stay were frequent visitors there.
