Situated on the southwestern coast of Tenerife, Playa Paraiso holidays are paradise for beach lovers seeking ultimate R&R. This laid-back resort is a great choice for family holidays thanks to its year-round sunshine, Blue Flag beaches and selection of shops, restaurants and bars – not to mention a fantastic variety of nearby resorts for when you fancy a change of scene.
With the towering Mount Teide serving as a backdrop, the two beaches of the resort provide the perfect spot to soak up the summer sun and its surroundings – with fun-loving watersports providing the entertainment factor. Nearby Costa Adeje with its Blue Flag beaches, luxury villas and lovely waterfront restaurants makes for a pleasant day trip exploring the island, while Playa de las Americas is where the party's at and is best known for its lively cabaret bars and karaoke clubs come sundown.
For the little ones, the island's two massive waterparks, Aqualand and Siam Waterpark, feature huge slides, tube rides, kid’s pools and even an aquarium with dolphins - or head to Jungle Park, a natural sanctuary full of exotic birds. If it's the scenery you prefer soaking up, then take a cable car to the nearby Mount Teide for a breath-taking view of the whole island. There are two main airports on the island, so transport to the resort should be simple. Better still, everything is within easy reach on your holidays to Playa Paraiso, so you're sure to cover everything you want to while you're visiting.

The beach at Playa Paraiso is beautiful, yet pretty tiny, so most sun seekers head for the resorts saltwater lido. You'll find a waterfall, sun loungers and restaurants here to keep everyone entertained. If you’d rather hang out on a bigger beach and try your hand at some watersports, head to one of the nearby beaches such as Costa Adeje.

The rocky coastline of Playa Paraiso is ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving. There are a few places where you can rent the right equipment and a scuba diving school to keep you safe under the water. Keep your eyes peeled for the magnificent eagle rays as they float across the waters.
