There are plenty of transport facilities available around Gran Canaria. If you plan to do a lot of travelling, hiring a car is best. There are plenty of cycling and hiking trails for active holidaymakers to enjoy at their own pace. The resort itself is easily explored on foot.

Travelling by bus or carBuses run from most of the main resorts and stop at the island’s attractions but timetables are unreliable. Hiring a car is highly recommended if you plan to do a lot of travelling. You can hire one at the airport or around the resort. The island’s main roads are easy to navigate and well looked after. Driving is on the left-hand side. Taxis operate around the resort.
