Blue Monday: the third Monday of January has gained this gloomy title for a handful of reasons - the post-Christmas reality of going back to work (coupled with begrudgingly taking down the office tree), the realisation that your next pay day is still painfully distant, and of course the not-so-festive cold and dark days. Sounds depressing, right? 

 

It’s a tough month for many of us, whether it’s starting New Years’ resolutions you almost certainly won’t stick to, swearing an oath not to consume anymore wine for the entire month, or taking part in the Red January movement, claiming to move or exercise every day for 30 days. Stuff we’re sure to laugh about when next year rolls around. 

 

But what if we told you the only blue you’ll be experiencing this January, is that of the twinkling Mediterranean Sea, or staring up at cloudless skies? 

 

 

 

Introducing Beat Blue Monday, our exciting campaign will give sun-seekers the chance to WIN back the cost of their holiday for those that book between Monday 20th and Friday 31st January 2020! How does it work? Anyone who books a holiday during his time period (in the UK and Ireland) will be entered into a draw, whereby five lucky jet-setters will be chosen at random to win.

1.       Entry is open to UK & Ireland residents aged 18 or over only.

2.       Entry is not open to employees, or affiliate employees, of Teletext Holidays, Truly Travel or Alpha Rooms, or their family and friends.

3.       Anyone who books a holiday with Teletext Holidays between the 20th January & the 31st January 2020 will be entered into a draw to win back the value of their holiday.

4.       There will be five winners of the prize for the UK & one for Ireland. These winners will be selected at random.

5.       The winner will receive the price of their holiday back, including flights & accommodation.

6.       The winners will only receive the cost of their holiday back once they have paid the full price of their holiday. The cost will go back onto the card they used to book.

7.       The competition opens at 00:01 on the 20th January 2020 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 31st January 2019. Five entries for the UK and one for Ireland will then be picked at random by Teletext Holidays. 

8.       The winner will be selected and notified via the email address provided on their booking within two weeks of the closing date.

9.       The winners’ name, town and entry may be used by Teletext Holidays on its website, blog, social media channels and/or email communications.

10.   The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social channel.
