The hotel is located at km 9 on the 'Route de Ouarzazate'. Surrounded by olive and palm trees, this intimate estate is located some 20 minutes drive from Marrakech's city centre. Marrakech-Menara Airport is approximately 6 km from the hotel. The hotel has modern facilities, traditional architecture and magnificent views of the Atlas Mountains. It includes three riads dedicated to guesthouse accommodation, consisting of sober and elegant architecture combined with comfort and discreet charm with uniquely decorated rooms loaded with amenities, and different interior decoration styles. The 3 patios with fountains give a feeling of space.

The premises are air-conditioned and facilities include a hotel safe and a TV lounge. Palmeraie Golf Club is about 20 minutes' drive from the hotel. Turn left before the American School at km 9 on the Route de Ouarzazate. There is a sign on the left-hand side coming from Marrakech to show directions.
