Free Mobile Data – Offer Terms & Conditions

Enjoy 2GB of free mobile data with every eligible holiday booking! Please review the following terms to ensure your booking qualifies. Qualifying Booking means a booking which meets all the requirements below.

1. Booking Period

• Valid on bookings made between 30 May and 1 August 2026.
• The offer may be extended at our discretion.

2. Travel Requirements

• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Minimum passengers: 2 people per booking
• Booking type: Must be a package holiday (e.g., flight + accommodation) to one of the destinations mentioned below.
• Departure window: Offer does not apply to bookings made within 21 days of departure
• Booking must have a return date of no later than 31^st December 2026
• Offer applies only if your qualifying booking is to one of the following destinations: Thailand, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Bulgaria, Spain (including the Canary & Balearic Islands), Turkey, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Greece, Egypt, Morocco.

3. Mobile Data Details

• Each qualifying booking receives an Airalo Airmoney voucher, allowing you to purchase 2GB of mobile data.
• 1 Airalo Airmoney voucher per booking (not per passenger)
• A compatible eSIM-enabled device is required (customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility)
• Mobile data coverage may vary by destination and local network availability

4. How to Redeem

• Redemption instructions will be sent to the lead passenger via email 7 to 10 days before departure
• Customers must ensure their contact information is accurate at the time of booking
• eSIM activation requires an internet connection to download the eSIM

5. General Conditions

• Offer is non-transferable and holds no cash value
• Subject to availability as there is a set allocation of eSIMs and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice

6. ESIM Terms and Conditions

• The Airmoney voucher is provided by a third-party supplier, Airalo who have their own terms and conditions which will apply. Although Teletext Holidays will supply the Airmoney voucher on your behalf, it is your responsibility to comply with their terms.
• You'll be required to download Airalo's mobile app to be able to redeem the Airmoney voucher and activate the eSIM which requires you to have one of the compatible devices listed here.
• If you use all the data we have provided you with and you want more data, you'll need to top-up via Airalo's app and you'll be responsible for any costs for the extra data.
• The Airmoney voucher is non-exchangeable and no cash equivalent will be given by us if you choose not to use the Airmoney voucher or if you're unable to use it because you don't have a compatible device.

7. Legal & Participation

• Subject to section 7.2, Teletext Holidays shall not be liable for any loss you suffer arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of the eSIM.
• Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Teletext Holidays (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by Teletext Holidays negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.
• This promotion is offered by Teletext Travel Ltd, trading as Teletext Holidays, incorporated in England and Wales with registered company number 14855829. By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with Teletext Holidays privacy policy. Teletext Holidays will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion, including emailing you after booking with further details on the eSim. Teletext Holidays will not provide personal data to Airalo, however you will need to provide personal information to them directly to utilise this offer.

• These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Free Transfers Terms and Conditions

• This offer is only valid to selected 5* hotels in selected destinations and resorts.
• These hotels have been tagged on the website with the free transfer banner. Please check with our sales team at the time of booking for availability based on the final flight details.
• Valid for bookings confirmed between 30/05/26 and 01/08/26.
• Valid for departures up to 31/11/26.
• Minimum 2 passengers travelling.
• Must be a package holiday including flights and hotel.
• Minimum 7-night stay.
• Minimum spend of £650pp.
• This offer is subject to availability at the time of booking and may be withdrawn at any time.
