Why Go On Half Term Holidays?
The half term holidays are the perfect time to whisk the kids away for a week or two in the sun for a number of reasons. Firstly, it’s the period where your little ones are shattered and in dyer need of some rejuvenation. So instead of dealing with grouchy and grizzly kids getting under each other’s feet at home, why not give them a chance to revitalise with some family fun in the sun?
Next on the list is the massive advantage of half term holidays being a less busy time to travel than during the summer school holidays, meaning you can bag up some fantastic deals on off-peak flights and accommodations. And of course, less people means more space on the sand!
And lastly, (but in no means least), is the fact that half term holidays abroad are a miracle boredom buster. Trying to keep the children entertained every day during the school holidays can be as tricky as trying to get them to enjoy sprouts on a Sunday lunch – sometimes you just cannot do it. But a family holiday to a top sunshine destination, who’s arguing with that?
