The harbour of St. Apostolos is the centre of the old town where you can watch fishermen load and unload fresh fish every morning. Enjoy a morning coffee by the dock and head straight to the beach, where you can find small shops, restaurants and bars nearby. In the evening head to Bar Street, then Club Street, where the party crowd flocks for cocktails and clubs.

Getting Around Faliraki

🚌 Transport in the Faliraki Region

The resort of Faliraki is small enough to walk around, but if you want to get around a little faster, taxis and buses are commonplace. Car hire is popular with holidaymakers who want to explore beyond the limits of the resort, and there are also plenty of boat trips that can take you around the local bays.

Travelling by bus or car There is an excellent bus service that connects Faliraki with the rest of the island, and it’s extremely cheap to use. You can buy tickets at the station before you board, or onboard if you have change. If you want to explore more of what the island has in store, hiring a car is a must. You can find most of the major firms in Faliraki and at the airport, and hire is reasonably inexpensive. Drive on the right-hand side.
