Things To Keep In Mind

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was the poor level of cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly equipped, which made me feel uncomfortable from the first moment.

As for the staff's behavior, it was completely below expectations. I felt a lack of concern for my comfort, delays in fulfilling even the simplest requests, and a lack of courtesy from some staff.

Honestly, I did not feel comfortable at all during my stay, and I would not consider returning to this hotel or recommending it to anyone else. I hope the management takes these comments into consideration to improve service and enhance the guest experience in the future.

It is a decent place to stay if you can’t find anything else.
With the mandatory extra charges, I paid €60 per day. But the room didn’t have basic amenities like cups, glasses, plates, shower curtains, wifi coverage and a large bed. We asked for a large bed but we were given a twin bed simply kept together, which kept moving when we slept.
The staff was friendly and nice, except the woman who was at the reception in the day time. When we let her know of the issues we are facing, she dismissed all of it.
Pool is good, cleaning staff is responsible and nice.
Overall, for this price range, airbnb would be better.

They charge extra for the air conditioner, but if you don't pay, they don't give you the remote. The rooms are worn and smell of humidity. The service is terrible! The location is terrible. If you don't have a car, the roadside with no sidewalks is very dangerous.

Extremely disappointing experience. Just avoid at all cost!

There’s a valid reason behind the many negative reviews here. The hotel itself is outdated, dirty and poorly maintained, but the worst part was the interaction with the arrogant owner.

I came down after checking in to ask for the remote control for the AC in Rhodos scorching heat. The owner said the following without flinching “You have to pay for it. 8 euros per night” and before I could even fathom the words he uttered or if he was joking, he continued “you have to pay for everything. What do you think this is? Finland? Norway? Oh Denmark… Yeah this is not Denmark”

The place is filled with bugs and mosquitoes. After first night sleeping there, I had to laugh at the insanity and counted all the bugs bite I had on my arms only - 32 bites!

Cleaning is non existent.

Never chose this “hotel” myself. It was purchased as part of a package deal and I got assigned this

Don’t bother! Don’t ruin your own holiday. Stay away.

Just spend a lovely holiday there with my daughter. Mother - daughter getaway...
I have nothing to complain about - maybe I should have booked for longer.
Location - exactly how it was showing when I was booking...
Rooms - exactly how described and within sensible 3* standard...
Service - Christos - owner - nice and helpful,..
But - I did check where I was going beforehand, and I booked what was exactly suitable for me, so my holiday was perfect - for me !
I do like walking so I choose a hotel further from main city center!
I checked Google maps so I did not had to walk on busy motorway!
I did not spent much more time than sleeping in the room so I couldn't care less what's in there ...
After all I was on beautiful,  sunny Rodes island- every minute spend not out was wasted

Unfortunately a little disappointed. Booked a hotel with 2 rooms, only one room has air con, door locks are a bit dodgy, WiFi slow only 1mb download and upload speed, paint flaking off the polls and drinks quite expensive compared to where we went last year, double the price. Asked to move, no other rooms available. No path to get to high street. Pool is nice though.  Wouldn't return.
