If the Egyptian sun gets a little too intense, there’s also a number of before and after sun treatments to help keep your skin nourished. Elsewhere, the spa’s hydrotherapy pool takes up over 750 square metres, and is divided into different zones depending on what you’re after. Those who want to practice their swings can also do so at The Cascades, which offers an 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course. Not only is it designed by South African golfer Gary Player, the perfectly manicured course also offers unmissable views out over the desert and the sea. Beginners and experts alike can practice their technique on the adjacent 9 hole, par 3 challenge course, while there are also practice facilities and pitching practice greens to take advantage of. Plus, if you’re really serious, you can even partake in a spot of individual or group tuition by PGA golf pros.
