The resort is located at a very good place and the rooms and amenities are of excellent quality.
However, there are a few things that came to our notice during our stay.
We had booked  three nights two days for our whole family consisting 6 adults and 4 children of ages between 12 and 2. We booked three sea view cottages for us.They were
Nicely located with a sea view, close to the beach and pool .
There were very few Indians at the place and it felt as though the locals were not welcome. The foreign guest treated us as though we were encroaching on their area and scolded the children for being noisy. One particular neihbour from Denmark had the cheek to tell my daughter to not use the place as their family home. On realising that our son in law is a foreigner, she calmed down.
The breakfast in the hotel had variety but they were also out of food... simple things like boiled eggs and fruits and they were unapologetic about it. The dinner was average and the attitude was too casual..the staff were uninterested in providing a memorable experience to the guests.
I understand that the earnings of the hotel depend on the foreign guests who stay for long duration and make use of the Ayurvedic facilities. But there should not be any difference between an Indian guest and a foreigner. The spending power of Indians have gone up tremendously..in fact much better off than many of the European visitors..and I would advise the property to show no discrimination to Indians so that more Indians enjoy your hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Palm Royale Resort. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The hotel is very clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for a pleasant vacation.
The staff are extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help. They truly do their best to make your stay comfortable and happy.
A special thank you to Mr. Hakim at the reception, who is always present, helpful, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect for us.
Many thanks as well to Rabab, a lovely lady with a constant smile. She was very delicate, always available, and made sure all our restaurant reservations were perfectly arranged. Her positive energy made a big difference.
I would also like to thank Eslam, who took his time to ensure I was happy with my room and helped me choose the most convenient one. His patience and attention were greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Palm Royale Resort to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. I will definitely come back

The hotel has significantly improved its services since our last stay in February. The reception desk is working perfectly. The improvements in the restaurants are also worth appreciating. At the Stella restaurant, the dinner menu is varied and of good quality. This is the work of the new chef. We were also very warmly welcomed in the Asian restaurant. The entertainment programs are much more interesting and encourage children and adults to join in the fun. We recommend it.

The hotel with its "Belle époque" decoration and beautiful rooms overlooking the sea is a perfect place to relax at the end of a busy year and get ready for a new one.
We appreciate the excellent food in the different restaurants, the sunrise breakfast on the Terrasse, and of course relaxing at the beach with the family and grandchildren. A special thanks to the Kid club for the little ones. Also, great snorkelling and kite surf.
All in all, a perfect family holidays.

We have just returned from our week stay at Palm Royale. This has been our first visit of Egypt and perhaps at first I was sceptical and worried I am glad I’ve chosen Palm Royal Resort for our holidays.
I must say I was very pleased with most of the staff, the overall cleanliness of the resort. We felt very relaxed. We have tried 3 ala cart restaurants (asian, italian and greek). The asian one was for me the best, followed by italian and greek. The food at Stella Cafe was perhaps not having the biggest variety (comparing to turkish hotels) however the food was well seasoned and tasty even my 4 year old enjoyed it.
I am also glad that we were not bothered by the sales men at the beach much. They were polite and if we said no they wished us nice day and moved on. The only dissapointment I would say was the food at Azur bar, the quality could improve. Also the staff at all the bars  wasnt the nicest, very distant and most of the time felt as we are bothering them with the most simple tasks 😀 However the rest of the staff from cleaning, bell boys, receptionists, gardeners, waiters at the main restaurant all very kind and polite. Pools were nice and warm, clean. The beach is beautiful. I think having small bins by sunloungers would be a great addition so people could put their litter there instead of leaving it all over as well as ashtray bin for smokers around the resort. Other than this I cannot fault the hotel and would recommend. Thank you Palm Royal for a very nice time and even tho I dont go twice to same place, I will consider your hotel for next year. 🥰
