Getting Around
Gran Canaria's travel facilities are great for those wanting to explore more of the island. There are public buses and taxis available that will take you to other resorts and attractions. Hiring a car is worth while if you want to explore the surrounding island. Cycling and hiking trails are available for the more adventurous or there are daily boat services if you fancy a spot of island-hopping!
Meloneras' Champagne Sands
Meloneras' 500m stretch of golden sand is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the balmy weather. If you’re not a fan of lounging around there’s plenty to keep you entertained, too. Explore the dunes of neighbouring Maspalomas by camelback, sail out to sea on a pedalo or potter along the buzzing promenade.
