Adventure Holidays for Adrenaline Junkies
Are you an adrenaline junkie? Do you enjoy exciting, dangerous, or intense activities? If you do then below are some thrill-seeking activities just for you in some fantastic holiday destinations.

Canyoning, Lake Garda

Palvico is the most impressive and thrilling canyon in Northern Italy. Huge waterfalls, amazing cliff jumps, crazy slides, big caves and a breathtaking 50m waterfall abseil all make this canyoning trip an experience to remember!
Canyon through a crystal clear glacial river, abseil a 165ft waterfall and coast down a 26ft rock slide and experience nature at its finest.
Situated next to the surreal calm Lake Garda you will find waterfalls and streams. The Ledro Valley hosts the intricate rock formations of the Palvico Canyon for an amazing canyoning experience.
Your guide can be met in the town of Arco, just north of Lake Garda, and then you will drive to the starting point. This adventure takes you through steep walls and narrow passes where you will discover the nature of the Lake Garda region. Travel through the water and swim through high rock passages. There is so much to explore and your guide will help you through the paths and down the walls on the ropes to ensure you are safe and enjoying this experience.
If you love heights, you will love this trip. There is so much to do here which is why Palvico Canyon is known as one of the most amazing canyoning locations in Northern Italy.
This adventure will take around 2 hours and will certainly leave you wanting more!

Flyboarding in Mexico

How do flyboards work? They take the water output from a jet ski and channel it through a connected hose to a board with jets on the bottom. The board will be strapped to your feet and the jets under the board push upwards as the jet ski operator increases the throttle. So much fun to be had here!
Fly over the most picturesque beaches when on a cheap holiday to Cancun. You may think this is a difficult extreme activity, but it is easy to learn and you will thoroughly enjoy it. Once you have mastered the art of flyboarding you can't wait to do it again!
Your heart will be racing from the moment you lift off the board and start to ascend into the air and above the sea. You get that feeling of flying like a bird as you fly up to 45 feet into the air. Always keep your legs straight and find your balance, and once you master that you are on your way and will remember how you did it, a bit like driving, so next time you try it with more confidence you can learn some tricks!

Bulgaria White Water Rafting

If you don’t mind getting soaked why not try water rafting? Bulgaria offers several rivers which are amazing for water sports, especially during the early summer and spring seasons. One of these rivers is the Struma River, which also flows into Greece. The river rises from the Vitosha Mountain in Bulgaria and moves westwards before moving southward.
The Struma River sports rapids of category III and V. With high proximity of waves, the white waters offer amazing rafting challenges. Other than cutting through the waves and getting past huge boulders, you can even kayak in the calmer parts of the Struma River. Floating through the calmer waters is truly a tranquil experience with beautiful scenery of the riverside and amazing forests around the river. There are also some interesting wrecks where you can take part in driving activities.

Bobsledding in Jamaica

Inspired by the Jamaican bobsled team, Jamaican Mystic Mountain Adventure Park offers a tourist-friendly version of the sport.
The Jamaican Bobsled attraction is a unique and eco-friendly way to experience one of the best experiences the island has to offer, such as the heart of its mountainous rainforests. This ride races you down a path that cuts through the rainforest with individually controlled handbrakes allowing you to control how fast you go. Higher speeds are better if you want that adrenaline rush and slower speeds allow you to enjoy the amazing sights of the jungle.
Travel through the treetops on a 1,000-meter-long suspended track. You can also explore other areas of the park including a water slide, infinity pool, and hummingbird garden or travel through one of the many scenic nature trails. The views over Ocho Rios are also amazing.
Experiencing an Olympic-inspired bobsled ride is like no other! You will be met by a friendly guide who will ensure you are secured in the Sky Explorer chair to make your way up to your Bobsled starting point. Here you can begin to take in the amazing scenery of Ocho Rios. This is truly an amazing experience, just don’t forget your camera!
