Avid this hotel, the rooms are not what it looks like in The photos.
We stayed for seven nights and found 5 cockroaches in our room!
The toilet smells of sewage and not clean at all, mold is everywhere!
Out of 7 nights, we couldn’t sleep for 6 nights because of the noise from other guests.
Apparently its a favorite place for night girls, that come back late to their rooms with guys, all drunk and start shouting, fighting, screaming and slamming doors. It was terrible!
The only bright side was the reception guys, they were nice and kind.

We submitted a complaint with agoda but they didn’t help us at all.

Its best to avoid agoda and this hotel.

Good price but it comes with a cost unfortunately. Guests who visit this hotel are I don’t know where from but they treat it as a place for party, they are very loud until late hours of night. Slamming doors and making a lot of noise. This morning we were waken up by fighting, crying and shouting couple at 5 am.
Plus when we booked through agoda we were under impression that we will get a room with kitchenette and washing machine. Upon arrival the receptionist showed us that we booked stn room. Whatever that mean but after reservation was made we couldn’t proof what we thought we booked. Rooms are clean but but room needs maintenance. Only 2 hangers and no hooks to hang towels to dry. Simple room but nice host and available little terrace/patio.
Quiet area walking distance to public transport and centre, free parking available by the street but tend to get full before evening.
Reception staff is very nice and friendly but we don’t feel good or safe here atm.

Location. Buses and trams are nearby. You can get from the airport to almost the hotel for 27 lira (price as of 18.03.2025), with a 5-7 minute walk from the stop.
Supermarkets are close by: 1 minute to A101 and 2 minutes to SOK, where you can buy all necessary groceries, water, vegetables, etc.
The Old Town and the port with boat tours are a 15-minute walk away. By the way, the Old Port offers excellent sea excursions. For example, a 45-minute ride along the cliffs toward the mountains for 400 lira, or toward the Lower Duden Waterfall.
The sea with a stunning promenade is also a 15-minute walk away.

Apartments are nice. There’s a kitchen with basic cookware: a frying pan, pots, plates, two cups, a few forks, spoons, a knife, a cutting board, a spatula, a ladle, etc. Liquid soap and even sponges are provided (though we bought our own new ones).
The kitchen includes a kettle, refrigerator, and washing machine.
The gas stove has a large and small burner. Everything cooks quickly on the flame.
Important: there’s an extractor hood with a light.
The bathroom has a hairdryer. The design is stylish. The shower door closes securely, but there’s no shelf for shampoos, etc.
Towels (bath, hand, and foot) were provided—clean, cotton, and good quality.
The bed is fairly comfortable.
During our stay, the hotel was very quiet and comfortable.
The apartment has a wardrobe, a few hangers, a bar-style table, and high chairs.
Blackout curtains were essential for us—they block light perfectly, so you can sleep in.
Air conditioning, TV, and a mirror are included.

Staff (all three managers at reception) were very kind and customer-oriented. Special thanks for letting us check in early at 10 a.m.
Another convenience is their outdoor veranda and kitchen area with tea, coffee, and water. When we arrived early in the morning before check-in, we happily had breakfast (we brought our own) and enjoyed coffee there.

Some disadvantages

As many have mentioned, there was indeed a slight mold smell coming from the bathroom. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us—we turned on the extractor fan and kept the bathroom door closed.

The pots and pans are very old and worn. It would be good to replace them, especially the pot with only one handle that swivels—there’s a risk of spilling hot contents, which is unsafe.

The wall near the bed is slightly scuffed, and there are minor flaws in the furniture (missing handles, the shelf under the TV is significantly tilted away from the wall).

Part of the washing machine’s exterior shows signs of corrosion, though this doesn’t affect functionality—it’s just a cosmetic issue.

Supper friendly stuff , rum looks better on a picture than it is ,far from everything.  Only if you want go cheaper, then it worth it. You can go bus to any location cheap from there, it's only takes time.

It was a really horrible experience. Blood stains on the floor, mold on the ceiling and walls, dirty unwashed bed sheets and yellowed towels with lots of other people's hair. Total unsanitary conditions and the reality does not match the photos on the websites. We booked a room with a jacuzzi for a week, but we had to leave on the first day. Ruined vacation, zero communication and service. What the money is for is unclear.
