Things To Keep In Mind

The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean, and the daily room service is amazing — they really maintain high standards. The blonde-haired receptionist was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome upon arrival.

We arrived late at night and went for food, but unfortunately, the options were very limited and quite disappointing. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of variety, though the dishes weren’t really to my taste. However, lunch and dinner completely turned things around — both were incredible and far exceeded our expectations, especially after the earlier meals. I’d also highly recommend trying the beach restaurant, which offers a different menu and a great atmosphere.

One downside is that the cocktails aren’t great — the staff try their best, but the alcohol selection is quite limited. The spa services are also very expensive, and travelling to Antalya by Uber can add up quickly. A useful tip is to look for local shops that offer free transfers from the hotel to Antalya — you can even find them on YouTube. It’s a great way to save on travel costs.

Some of the staff, including a few waiters and waitresses, are extremely friendly and helpful, but others can be quite rude. There’s a noticeable language barrier since most staff only speak Turkish or German, which can make communication frustrating at times. On the positive side, the in-room mini bar is restocked daily, which is a nice touch.

The hotel is mainly frequented by an older crowd (60+), so if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere, this might not be the right fit. Unfortunately, our experience at the beach restaurant was ruined by a bald staff member who was incredibly rude and displayed racist behaviour. It was truly disgusting and unacceptable, and it completely put us off returning to that restaurant again. It’s a shame because, overall, the hotel has a lot of potential — but that incident overshadowed much of our stay.

Honest quick review

Staff 3/5 Reception staff amazing 5/5, however the beach staff especially and restaurant staff very very rude and very unwelcoming, they only speak German or Turkish, not a good  experience. Spa staff was also very very nice good service.

Food- 3/5 breakfast was good, lunch was okay but dinner was amazing very nice food good variety.

Location- 5/5 very good location, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfy excellent cleaning.

Overall the hotel is very beautiful

superb food. 3 days with a family group. good combination for buffet menu selection. from bakery to maze each and every thing was perfect in taste and quality either local or continental cuisine.
From alanya to kemer, we stayed in many all-inclusive 5* but never found this much delicious food.

The room does not have a doorbell, and knocking on a door is a problem.

Really good value for money. The hotel was renovated in 2023, so everything is still new. Close distance to the beach. Food is excellent and varied. You have snack bar at the beach with all the drinks except cocktails. You also have ice cream on the beach. A la cart restaurant is also great. Overall the hotel deserves 5 stars, maybe because it's not on the beach, is why has 4 stars.

Lovely family run hotel. Everything was great. People were kind. I’d highly recommend.

The best thing about this hotel is the price/performance. We had 2 bigger issues that didn't seem to bother the staff and certainly not the reception:
1. The canalisation leaked onto the street which leads to the beach. So every day many people and families walked by and couldn't get around it. At the reception they said the director thinks it's someone else's fault. Nothing happened. See photos attached
2. The animation team kept spontaneously changing timings of their program. In one occasion they left for the whole day and cancelled everything for the day without prior notice.

There are also really friendly and helpful colleagues. But especially the reception seemed not to care about any issues.
