The villas are located in Son Carrio between Santandria and Cala Blanca, near the small beach of Santandria. There, guests may enjoy a wide range of restaurants, some of which offer breathtaking views over the sea. One restaurant is also built within a natural cave. Each of the 20 villas is surrounded by a small lawn and a terrace. The main entrance of the villas leads directly into a tastefully appointed, air-conditioned lounge/ dining room with modern cane seating and two doors, which open to the terrace. Via a corridor, guests will reach the living room with an open-plan kitchen, which features a fridge, a small oven, and hobs. There are also one or two air-conditioned bedrooms with two double beds and en suite bathroom on the ground floor. A further air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds, a balcony with views over the pool, and a bathroom is located on the first floor. All the villas come with a TV and safe as standard, and the air-conditioning in the individual rooms is individually adjustable. The barbecue areas with tall chimneys beside the terracotta poolside terrace are particularly remarkable. There are sufficient sun loungers laid out for all guests.
