JOYA PARK is a four star complex consisting of a residential and a hotel part on six floors with two elevators. An outdoor swimming pool with children's section is located amidst a unique park. The complex opened its doors in 2006. Situated in the most peaceful and cozy part of Golden Sands, about 10 minutes walk from the sea and the center of the resort through a direct, forrest path.
