I had a really enjoyable stay at Riviera Aqua Park. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great for families, especially with the aqua park being such a fun highlight. The pools were always lively, and there was plenty to do during the day.

What truly made the experience special was the entertainment team. A huge thank you to Aladino, Biha, and the rest of the team — they were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone felt included. The daytime activities were fun, and the evening shows were entertaining and well-organised. Their enthusiasm really created a great atmosphere around the hotel.

The staff overall were helpful and welcoming, and the food offered a good variety with something for everyone.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and extremely helpful. The facility had everything you could need, and you can find everything you are looking for right there. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
What truly makes this place special is not only its excellent facilities and reasonable prices, but also the warm, helpful attitude and professionalism of all the staff, which makes you feel like part of a family. Every request I made was met with great effort, making the entire experience truly exceptional.
It was almost impossible not to be satisfied every day. My experience was checked in real time through personal messages and one-on-one communication, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. With activities continuing throughout the day, I never felt the need to leave the hotel during my vacation.

We stayed at this hotel with my mom for 9 days. It was wonderful and we both recommend it. The food here was amazing, we went to 3 "A La Carte"s. The entertainment team members were really kind and very positive and the activities we did were great. I mostly liked aqua gym, yoga, stretching and the foam party. The rooms are a little bit old but everything was clean and the bedsheets were really soft. The night shows were extremely fun and exciting to watch.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending my holiday at this wonderful hotel in Hurghada, and I can say without hesitation that the animation team was the heartbeat of the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine warmth, contagious energy, and the kind of enthusiasm that instantly lifts your mood.

Every single day was filled with fun activities, great music, and unforgettable moments. Whether it was pool games, dance lessons, beach volleyball, or the lively evening shows, the team managed to turn every event into something special. Their professionalism, creativity, and charisma truly stood out — they have an amazing talent for making every guest feel welcome, included, and entertained.

A special mention to their friendliness and dedication: they always checked in, remembered people by name, and created such a positive, family-like atmosphere. You could see how much passion they put into their work, and it made the holiday one to remember.

Food was good, room was fine. Animation was always nice to us. Also the service was really nice. Every day management come to ask if everything is okay, that make me feel special. I recommend go to Egyptian restaurant that was really good experience. The festival in sister hotel was also very nice.
