The Akti Palace hotel is located in the area called Tholari, just 4 km east of Kardamena, 20 km from Kos Town, 10 km from the airport and to a short distance to all attraction areas of Kos Island. The hotel consists of 15 buildings which are scattered around of 35.000m2 of gardens. It looks like a small modern village with pathways and plazas. The seafront deluxe modern style facilities and accommodation of 189 units are influenced by Dodecanese style architecture. * Based on COVID-19 guidlines and regulations, we are implementing all necessary health measures on-top of the hotels' already exemplary sanitation procedures, high hygiene and cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe environment for all our guests and staff. Our Ultra-All-Inclusive concept of food and drinks available 24 hours a day in one of our restaurants and bars, will remain the same. Any guest who prefers not to have daily room cleaning, must inform reception staff upon arrival. Our indoor heated pool will remain closed. Activities requiring team sports such as football, basketball, water polo, etc. will be prohibited. All additional safety measures which will be introduced must be followed by both guests and employees.
