Getting Around
Belek is easy to explore on foot. Taxis and shuttles are available from the nearest airport, Antalya. If you want to get out and explore further afield, public transport is available including buses, taxis and dolmuses (minibuses). Each of these offer cheap, efficient and regular travel.
Explore Belek’s Beaches
Belek’s golden sand and shingle beach stretches for 16km and its warm shallow waters are irresistible to swimmers and sunbathers. Lounge under a parasol or be lured into the sea by the watersports on offer, including wind surfing, rafting, water-skiing and sailing. If you stay on the sand long enough, you might spot Caretta Caretta turtles appearing out of the Med!
Visit Aspendos
Belek’s major historical draw is the alluring Aspendos theatre. If you're a history buff, a visit to this well-preserved 2nd century ruin is a must. It can hold 20,000 people and the stage, galleries and acoustics are still incredible. During summer you might even find concerts and rehearsals taking place here.
