Sun, sea, sand and Spanish sangria! Torremolinos is one of the most popular resorts on the sun-soaked Costa del Sol for families and groups alike. Holidays in Torremolinos are all about unwinding on sandy beaches, relaxing with friends and topping up that all-important tan! Its Blue Flag beach is naturally the major draw but its charm doesn’t stop at fun-filled watersports and pedalos.
Party all night at the nightclubs and bars along the seafront during your Torremolinos holidays or take a boat trip along the coast. You can also walk down to the beaches of Benalmadena, less than 7km away, sitting between Fuengirola and Torremolinos, with all three towns merging into each other. There’s lots to do in Torremolinos, including taking the kids to the Aqualand water park or checking out the nightlife on San Miguel street. The Andalusian Mountains and its pretty villages are on your doorstep, as well as the bustling resort of Malaga, Picasso’s birthplace. Your days and evenings here can be as busy or as chilled as you like.
Pack your bags and jet off to this sizzling Spanish holiday resort. The mild weather makes it a perfect destination all year round, with cloudless skies during the high season. January is the coldest month in Torremolinos with temperatures between 11°C to 15°C, while February is warmer by a couple of degrees. June, July and August are the hottest months at 28°C but expect to mingle with the tourist crowds during these peak months. To get to Torremolinos you can fly into Malaga Airport, approximately 8km and a 10-minute-drive away from the resort, costing roughly €20 by taxi.

If you want a party, come to Torremolinos. The seafront promenade is lined with beach bars, seafood restaurants and nightclubs that are open till sunrise. Take a dip in The Palladium's party swimming pool, sip on cocktails while in your swimsuit at The Fun Beach or try your hand at some serious salsa at Atrevete. For quieter evenings, enjoy the traditional tapas bars, catch a live cabaret show and forget all your worries with a little flamenco dancing. Take a short drive into Fuengirola for more nightlife.

Families will absolutely love Tivoli World, the Costa del Sol’s largest theme park. Ride giant Ferris wheels, take to the skies on the Twister or dare to shoot 60 metres up the Drop Tower, before free falling to rock bottom. Be sure to explore the parks other attractions including its tropical gardens or try your hand at flamenco dancing and be entertained by Spanish singers and the Tivoli Theatre where you try your hand at flaminco dancing.
