Who doesn’t love a beach bar, sipping a tropical cocktail with the warm sand under your toes and endless views of the sea? Known for having some of the world’s best beach bars, let’s check out what we think are the greatest in the Caribbean.
Soggy Dollar Bar, Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Islands
Known as the best beach bar in St John and Sybulle Sorrentino’s Honeymoon Beach, with gorgeous scenery and a smooth, full flavoured rum cocktail which originated at the Soggy Dollar in the 1970’s you have a win, win situation here if you choose to come here to relax one day. With the essence of the Caribbean in every glass, the Soggy Dollar is worth the visit when on cheap Caribbean holidays.
Elvis' Beach Bar, Anguilla
Grab a seat in the famous One Love Boat Bar, while you relax and soak up the sun. Here you will be served the perfect cocktail or ultimate margarita while escaping from the real world. Sitting on sandy ground the Elvis has been a long-time favourite for tourists and locals alike when on holiday to the Caribbean. The perfect spot to let loose.
da’Pink Chicken, Cat Island, The Bahamas
A simple rustic Caribbean beach bar located in the popular Flamingo Hills resort complex, the da’Pink Chicken bar is still under the radar to many. A great place to unwind and watch the turquoise waters and turtles pass you by with a lush cocktail or a cold beer by your side. It’s what Caribbean holidays are all about!
The Naked Fisherman, Saint Lucia
Snuggled on a natural cove just below Cap Maison is the Naked Fisherman Beach Bar and Grill. Providing dazzling cocktails and some of the best seafood on the island in a magnificent setting at the foot of a cliff. The bar is open to all guests at other hotels in Saint Lucia five days a week and is reserved for locals and Cap Maison guests on the weekend.
Pearl Beach, St Barth
If you are looking for glamour, Pearl Beach in St Barth is the one for you. The treasured and well-known beach bar provides endlessly creative drinks and some excellent seafood with the islands carefree vibes. With the bars beach boys at your disposal, you can enjoy every moment spent here in total relaxation while watching the waves lap against the shore.
Da Conch Shack, Turks and Caicos
Known as one of the regions classic beach bars you will be gutted if you didn’t stop here for some rum punch. Not only can you relax and have a drink on a beautiful stretch of sand, you can also dig into some fresh seafood, not to mention, ribs, chicken and steak all with an island flair. Don’t worry, vegetarian dishes are available to alongside dessert.
