Located on the man-made island, Atlantis, The Palm is a luxurious pastel pink building beautifully positioned against the azure waters of the Arabian Sea. An Instagrammers dream for its regal, fairytale-esque exterior, you’ll get the most incredible pics from above and so a helicopter ride is a memorable activity for those enviable aerial views. 


If you’re visiting Dubai between November and May, then you’re in for a treat as sitting pretty in the middle of the desert are the Dubai Miracle Gardens. It’s between these months the gardens go full bloom, showcasing a truly spectacular array of colours. With over 150 million flowers intricately designed in kaleidoscopic arches and mesmerising myriad shapes, the gardens are not to be missed!

Currently boasting the title of the tallest building in the world (amongst other world records), many holidaymakers flock to the Burj Khalifa for views of the city, however, the building exterior itself is every bit as impressive. The sleek skyscraper stretches 828 metres into the sky so it’s worth noting you’ll need to be quite a distance away if you want to capture the whole building in your photo!

An Arabian wonderland, Madinet Jumeirah is brimming with perfect palm trees, pretty pink buildings and glimmering waters just waiting to be snapped. Dubai is renowned for it’s shopping so it’s no surprise it holds the world record for largest mall. If shopping is your thing, then you’ll be in your element here with over 1,300 retailers to choose from and walkways so wide you can even get a taxi round! When you’re not shopping to your hearts content, you’ll also find contemporary installations like the brightly coloured passage of umbrellas just waiting to have their Instagram moment. Don’t miss the incredible fountain too; featuring human sculptures appearing to fall into the water, this is a great place to take one for the gram!

The world’s only 7* hotel really needs no introduction. The iconic Burj Al Arab is a sail-shaped building overlooking the ocean and yes, you guessed right, it’s an Instagram favourite!
