Some of our key findings show that almost half of those polled feel worried about leaving for their holiday in the days leading up to it, with the average person feeling the pressure almost a whole week before they board. Similarly, many workers put in an extra two and a half hours a day to ensure all loose ends are tied up before they go. Once abroad, four in 10 adults admit they continue to check work emails and make calls throughout their holiday, with one in 20 checking their emails before they even hit the breakfast buffet!
