We had an amazing all-inclusive stay at this five-star hotel! The moment we arrived, the main lobby was impressive and elegant. The bellboys helped us with our luggage, and although check-in was officially at 3 p.m., we arrived at 1 p.m. and were able to check in smoothly — they even suggested going for lunch while our room was prepared, which worked out perfectly. Our swim-out room was incredible, and the private pool area was perfect for our family. The snack bar was also excellent.

All facilities were new and very clean. Once, housekeeping missed our room, but when we called reception, they addressed it immediately. The professionalism and responsiveness of the team really stood out.

A special thank you to the Kids’ Mini Club team, especially Julia, who did our kids’ Halloween face painting — my children loved spending time there and had so much fun. Antonio at the Mediterranean restaurant made our evening truly special, and during our anniversary dinner at the Japanese restaurant, he made us feel so valued and welcome. Alba greeted us warmly on our first day and served our first lunch with care and attention throughout our stay. Lastly, Manager Miguel helped us secure a table at the à la carte restaurant and handled everything professionally and kindly.

Even though not everything was perfect, the staff’s kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. The property is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently close to the beach. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Pros

- Rooms have a great layout, super air con and blackout blinds.
- Plenty of room in the pools and generally clean.
- Bar staff of an evening are very attentive for an all inclusive.
- Kids quizzes are a great way to start the night and the adult quizzes were fun too.
- Entertainment otherwise was fairly good. Legends of dance were probably our favourite.
- Food was very good esp. for the booked meals.
- Great to have food truck by the kids pool.

Cons

- The path around the pools had worn away in areas and became a bit gritty for pool areas.
- Booking meals on app didn’t work and concierge only able to book 2 of the 4 due and this was just as we arrived. Needed the grill to be open more.
- Pools technically opening at 10 felt a bit late.

What can I say but this was such a relaxing holiday.
The setting was so peaceful for a couple even though there were families and children on site.
There is an adult pool and area called the oasis pool, which has sun beds.
There was plenty of beds available, we were getting a bed around 11 with no problem (so no getting up at silly hours)
The site was absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff worked tirelessly all day and night.
Onsite are numerous restaurants which serve amazing food for all, my wife is vegetarian.
Food is served daily at the pool bar area for takeaway and there is also a restaurant at another pool.
Drinks are served all day are excellent from cocktails to local beer and spirit mixers.
The gym is well stocked for a hotel which I used daily and managed normal workouts with a bit of thought.
If your are lucky to be club it is a cut above allowing for drinks and food to be ordered to your subbed for the ones who do not want to move, a member of staff is present all day.
The staff are so helpful and many thanks to Hanna as she made our night at the restaurant special.
We will be definitely be looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here in June 2025 and we are a family of four with at the time of stay twin boys of nearly two years old.

We were a bit concerned upfront about the food options since we have quite some intolerances which can make it difficult in resorts. But the team did an amazing job to make the holiday wonderful. Food was separately prepared and the team was always doing their best to make it varied.

The wine options which were included in the AI package were very decent and there was much more choice if you wanted to pay extra.

We need to highlight the service of all the personnel. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. However a few names we remembered made our stay even more amazing. Anel and Xisca always went the extra mile to make our holiday one to remember. And definitely is Zafiro Palace Palmanova an option for a stay in the future. There were of course more great people but we don’t remember all the names.

If you want to visit Mallorca with a family and you want to combine luxury and family friendliness, don’t hesitate and book this resort!

Great room, great facilities, lovely grounds, and fantastic staff (we also stayed at another Zafiro where the staff were also wonderful). It's also very close to the beach and the bars, restaurants in Palmanova.

The food was not quite 5*, but everything else was. That would have dropped my rating slightly, but the price was very good so I'm giving them 5/5. (I think it's silly to expect perfection when you are paying 250 euros a night for 2 adults + 1 child half board.)

We will definitely go back to a Zafiro hotel again.
