I can't find enough good words to express my satisfaction with this beautiful hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and our 3 year old grandson, who was apparently the only child in the hotel during our 2 week stay, so he was a treat for everyone.
I would like to highlight the kindness of the entire hotel staff, starting with the exceptional receptionist Artur and his colleague, through the restaurant manager Arif and all the waiters and chefs in the restaurant, truly incredible kindness of all employees, the staff in charge of the SPA center and changing towels were extremely kind, the wonderful and kind workers at the beach bar and on the beach itself also tried to please us as much as possible, especially our grandson, the workers who served fruit by the pool in beautiful carts - carriages every day at 3:00 PM, they did not miss a single day to always serve our grandson fruit first and if he wanted it, even additional fruit. The entertainment staff tried very hard to please the guests and make their stay more interesting, although my wife and I could not really indulge in that type of entertainment due to our obligations to our grandson. We mostly used the exceptional pool that seemed to be created for our grandson, and a little less often the beach, which was also very well-maintained. There were always places on the sun loungers, regardless of the fact that the hotel was full to the last seat. The evening program was also great, sometimes we attended the program, sometimes not, but we watched from the large terrace above the pool near our room. I would also like to highlight the exceptional kindness of the hotel doctor Hurije and her coworker, who significantly helped me to repair a very unpleasant cut on the sole of my foot and checked on our grandson's health almost every day, truly exceptional dedication to her job.
I may have forgotten to mention someone or something but overall we had a great stay in a beautiful hotel. This was our first stay at the XPERIA SARAY BEACH hotel but not our last, I hope to see you next year at the same time.

Hotel is excellent and service is great. The staff is very lovely and positive. Each day they organize a lot of activities in the beach bar so the holiday goes fast. Each night they have a different theme night and great music

Very loud music/karaoke playing until late in the evening - 24/7. Starting at 9 PM, it gets increasingly louder and louder. This makes it impossible to relax or sleep with the window open. The echoes carry across the beach and hotels beyond. A complete lack of respect for guests and quiet hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice hotel; comfortable and clean, right on Cleopatra beach. The staff is very friendly. The hotel organizes many interesting activities and animations (bachata workshop, zumba, table tennis tournament...)

We have been staying at the hotel for two days, and there is no hot water, and the food is cold. For the New Year’s Eve dinner, they requested an additional payment of 60€ , which is completely unjustified given the overall price.

Overall, the price does not match the conditions of the hotel. I would advise against visiting this place.

The lighting in the room is only provided by night lamps and ceiling lights that cannot be turned off. To sleep peacefully, we had to remove the card from the power slot, which turns off all the electricity in the room. This also disables the air conditioning, leaving the room cold, and we are unable to charge our phones. However, we had no other option because we couldn’t sleep with the ceiling lights on.

We have stayed in other 4-star hotels, and this one does not compare. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel at best.

On the positive side, the common areas are clean, and on the first day, our room was cleaned, and the towels were replaced.

On the first day, we reported to reception that the water was cold, and they said the issue affected the entire hotel but was resolved. However, on the second day, when we mentioned it again, the receptionist said it was reported too late and could not be checked at the moment, suggesting we report it only in the morning.

I'm writing this from the hotel right now. I'm staying here with my boyfriend and I'm very satisfied. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The receptionist was very accommodating upon arrival and gave us a beautiful room, which we are very grateful for. The waiters are extremely friendly. The food is good, and the location of the hotel itself is an absolute delight. The hotel is located directly on the most beautiful private beach in Alanya in our humble opinion. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The hotel smells amazing absolutely wherever you go. After a small incident with the restaurant, the hotel made up for the inconvenience three times over. One of the better hotels we've stayed in. If our trip ever brings us to Alanya again, I know which hotel I would stay in.❤️😊
