The hotel tries to look "luxurious," but it's not. It offers decent rooms (with some minor imperfections in the finishing). The food is okay, no worse than in the  scam-restaurants outside the hotel. On the plus side, the tap water has good pressure, which isn't standard in this area. The service is friendly. It's strange that they offer an upgrade from a standard double room to a room with an extra bed for two people (according to Booking.com, these rooms are the same size) for an additional cash fee. The hotel prices are too high for what this hotel offers.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The hotel offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there's an open buffet (the variety was much more than we expected). The kitchen and restaurant staff were very polite, especially the chef, Habib, who was very helpful. The hotel was better than I expected. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Exceptionally courteous staff across the reception, bar, and dining areas.
The reception staff offer a warm and polite welcome upon arrival. The cuisine is diverse and thoughtfully prepared by the highly skilled and gracious Chef Habib Filiz. All employees demonstrate professionalism in their interactions with guests, consistently providing assistance with a smile and a high level of service.
The hotel’s central location is a significant advantage.
Highly recommended — we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.

1. Reception and arrivals
- no understanding of the basic needs of a guest and no empathy! (I arrived around 21:30, was tired after the whole day on my way there. A person at the reception tried to speak to me my native language despite me speaking English well enough, so I had to waste my energy trying to understand him speak my native language very poorly and to reply to him very slowly and in most simple words so that he could understand. Why not speaking English? It's far more convenient for all.)
- a person at the reception didn't give me the hotel wristband (In the morning at breakfast the personnel of the "restaurant" asked me to prove with wristband that I'm a guest of the hotel)
- noone conducted me to the room to show where it is located
- no information on hotel services and facilities upon arrival (- Where is the beach? - It's 900 meters out there? - 900 meters in which direction?)
- sunbed and umbrella are not included into hotel fee and are charged additionally at the beach
- the hotel doesn't have its own beach, the beach is public which means dirty - cigarette butt are everywhere in the sand
- no beach towels provided by the hotel

2. Restaurant and meals
- very rigid and scarce choice of food
- no fruit except apples
- no pastries
- dirty and torn tablecloths
- extremely small and inconvenient hall

3. Wi-Fi
- unstable network
- open network which means one cannot connect from corporate laptop if needs to stay in touch for work
- weak connection even in the room and in the lobby
- no connection in the "restaurant"

4. Room
- no hand soap in dispenser in the bathroom
- lack of toilet paper
- no upper main light in the room

5. Swimming pool
- dirty and broken sunbeds at the swimming pool
- water is not clean
- extremely small, for 10 people maximum

This hotel is so disappointing. I was here more than 10 years ago and was very satisfied, that's why I came back, but it is ruined now. We payed for standard room with balcony and it just not worth the price. Outdated furniture, room equipped for only one person (not two, one bottle of water, one comb, one of everything), no room for our stuff, one small drawer and very very small closet. Misleading photos on the hotel advertising. Poor choice of food for lunch. This is not 4 star hotel anymore.
