Excellent hotel, plenty of choice of food and very delicious. Plenty to keep the children happy with 5 different pools, slides, parks and the beach right next to the hotel.

The entertainment team are fantastic especially Can and Casper. They bring a friendly feel to the hotel always welcoming you. They bring so much energy and friendliness to the hotel. Thank you!!

We booked a standard 2 bedroom family room, which was in block 1. Though the room was clean and tidy, it was very small, with little room to manoeuvre around eachother. Also, because it was raining on the first night, the entertainment was inside and the sound echoed around the whole building making it difficult for the children to fall asleep. We upgraded to a Superior Family room for the rest of the stay, this was in block 4 and was quiet, and much bigger. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room, making the stay much more comfortable. I'd recommend booking this over the standard room.

We stayed in May and the pools were really cold, I understand that they're not heated but it meant that the children could only handle a few minutes at a time before their teeth were chattering! However they did really enjoy the water slides, and running up the stairs kept them warm!

The entertainment was mostly very good. The 9pm kids show was firstly, far too late, and secondly, terrible. Bad acting and dancing, the team could definitely improve this! However the dance shows were fantastic (3 different acts on separate nights), the trio of female singers were good (however sang exactly the same set twice in a week). We didn't partake in bingo as it was €15 for 6 games, so very expensive for a family of 4.

The beach is nice, there are plenty of sun loungers, and it's very tidy. The sea was so warm, and there were lots of shells to collect along the waters edge.

The restaurant, pool bar and beach bar are all great, with efficient and friendly staff. I definitely recommend waffles in the afternoon from the pool bar, and there are some lovely cocktails.

The hotel overall is lovely, clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.

This was my first holiday away with my boyfriend and safe to say it will be hard to top. We started our holiday with a turkish bath and massage package which was one of the best massages i’ve ever had. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, often saying hello and making conversation when they saw us around the hotel. The pools were amazing, so many choices for seating and the slides were so fun. The beach area was my favourite part, it was very well looked after and so beautiful. The outdoor food facilities were very good and the service was quick for both food and drinks. The only downfall were the limited choice of food for vegetarians, a the fact our room smelt of cigarettes - but this was fixed by the staff once made aware. This was my first time in Turkey and definitely not the last - such a beautiful place and beautiful memories.

We stayed at the hotel from June 11th to June 18th, and we had a wonderful experience from the very beginning until the end of our holiday.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Both the rooms and the common areas were always spotless, making the whole environment feel pleasant and welcoming.

A special thank you goes to the entire staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, smiling, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

The food was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from every day, and everything was fresh and delicious. We believe everyone could find something they enjoyed.

There was always plenty of entertainment thanks to the animation team. The animators were full of energy, always smiling, and created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day.

We would also like to give special thanks to DJ Samet, who was absolutely amazing. He played fantastic music for guests of all ages and even fulfilled our request by playing Czech songs, which made not only us but also other Czech guests at the hotel very happy. His music and positive energy made every evening even more enjoyable.

The only small suggestion we have is regarding the tip boxes. They were available almost everywhere in the hotel, except for the housekeeping staff. We believe the housekeepers deserve just as much appreciation for their excellent work, and it would be nice if guests had the opportunity to leave them a tip as well.

Overall, we were more than happy with our holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place, delicious food, outstanding staff, and excellent entertainment. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We hope to come back again in the future!
