I’m still at the resort, but I couldn’t wait to leave a review because I’m really enjoying my stay at White Hills Resort. A special thank you to Fares at the beach bar, who truly took care of us. The drinks are great, especially the Long Island cocktail, along with good wine and coffee. The unlimited ice cream and popcorn are a lovely bonus.

My husband and I were meant to stay for two nights but ended up extending twice and staying six nights. I also had two massages, perfectly arranged by Hisham, and both were with Amal, who was just perfect. The food options are incredible, the vibe is great, and we had a wonderful time overall. We will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at the White Hills Resort, thanks to the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, with a special shoutout to Mr. Rifai from room service, who truly went above and beyond.

The ambiance was stunning, with a gorgeous oceanfront view that enhanced our experience. We stayed in a jacuzzi room, which offered a fantastic view, though the jacuzzi quality was a bit lacking—it was sometimes difficult to adjust the temperature properly.

The resort was also very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. One of the highlights was the convenient cab service that transported us from our room to the reception and main restaurant. While it was generally reliable, it sometimes took a bit of time to arrive.

In terms of dining, the food was visually appealing, but the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. It felt more like it was for the eyes rather than the palate.

Additionally, I truly appreciated the resort’s support when I was unwell. They assisted me promptly and didn’t charge extra for the doctor’s visit. Moreover, when we lost an item, the staff made every effort to help us recover it, showcasing their dedication and care.

Overall, the White Hills Resort offered a memorable experience with some minor areas for improvement, and I would still recommend it for the excellent service and beautiful setting.

Excellent hotel. Food was very good quality, plenty of options everyday. Service was great from all staff members. Management checked with us politely that we had everything we needed and service was good. Restaurant service from Mohamed Siad and mohamed sabry was particularly good. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Team on the beach were very good also, always kept us supplied with cold drinks. Thank you White Hills team!

We had the best stay at White Hill resort. The hotel was very clean and had everything you could need, so many lovely heated pools all with beautiful surroundings.
The staff were always so helpful and made our stay extra special. Thank you so much to Haytham at Boscage restaurant he helped my daughter so much when she was suffering with a cold. Making her teas to soothe her throat and make her feel so special. Siad and Kareem also made sure I had amazing food catering for my gluten allergy. Honestly one of  the best holidays we have had in a very long time!!

White Hills is the best resort in the world. The reception is warm and the hospitality is beyond imagination. The resort's beauty lies in its white color, which evokes serenity and positivity, and this is reflected in the atmosphere. The staff are professional, beautiful, and well-coordinated, and the club is also excellent. The gym was fantastic; Coach Ahmed provided us with everything we needed in terms of motivation and training equipment, making us feel like we were in our second home, as he always welcomed us every day and told us this every day.

I had a great stay at White Hills Resort in Egypt. The facilities are excellent, modern, and well maintained. It is mainly a family-oriented hotel, but when I asked for assistance to participate in a party at the neighboring adults-only Meraki Hotel, the staff were very helpful and arranged everything for me, which I really appreciated.
Overall, my experience was very positive. The views from the Deluxe Jacuzzi Room in the Posh Club are absolutely stunning, and the beach area is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere of the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
Most of the staff members were kind and professional. However, there were a few occasions when orders were delayed, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the service was good overall.
I would especially like to thank Hassan and Islam from the lobby, as well as Abdel Fatah and Ahmed Elzoghby. They were outstanding, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend White Hills Resort for a relaxing holiday with great views, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at hotel White Hills  in Egypt! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent.

One standout aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel, which was maintained to the highest standards. I would like to give special thanks to Mohamed Sabrey, who took care of the cleaning. He was very attentive to detail and contributed to creating a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay.

Additionally, the food was excellent and diverse! We had the opportunity to taste dishes from local cuisine as well as international options, all cooked to perfection. Every meal offered a varied selection of dishes, so we never got bored. It was a true pleasure to enjoy these culinary delights.

The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation full of fine flavors in Egypt!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The service is at a very high standard, the restaurant offers good food, and even the drinks served are of excellent quality, which is not something I experienced in many other hotels in Egypt. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is located in a great area where everything is close and easily accessible. Overall, the hotel maintains a very good standard, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The food is absolutely beautiful, the recommendations from the staff were perfect,  not too spicy (unless you request that) and the food is very clean tasting. The best meal we have had since arriving. If you like Chinese/Japanese or oriental food this is definitely the place for you. Very attentive staff, your drink does not run dry and they are more than happy to help. Would absolutely recommend whilst here.
