The rooms were decent and clean, the maids came every day. The food was very bad and the restaurant seemed dirty. There was something to eat for breakfast, but the offer for lunch and dinner was modest and the taste was simply bad. We only ate rice, macaroni and salad. The last few days we decided to eat outside their restaurant even though we paid all inclusive. The location is excellent and that improves the overall impression. The beach and the center are a few minutes from the hotel. They have sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach that are included in the price, but the number is limited and if you don't get there early you will be left without sunbeds. The man who works on the beach is rude. Alanya is a beautiful place and if we go there again we will definitely not stay at this hotel.

You get what you pay for

The room was fine, we had some issues with our door locking us out and the Ac unit not working but they were fixed very quickly

Food caters only to the Russian and German demographic of guests so not ideal for a fussy eater and vegetarian. Ultimately lived off bread for the week as nothing in the small selection was labelled. Hot & hungry week for the both of us. Luckily theres many convince stores and fast food chains nearby.

Creepy Staff would often stare at us as we laid by the pool, would definitely pick another hotel next time.

Stayed a week in this hotel, and I have really mixed feelings about it. We were in block A.
So, location is really good, very close to Cleopatra beach, Ataturk boulevard, Harbour and bar/club street. Rooms were okay, what we expected from 3* hotel. Bathroom is big and shower has enough space, we had two beds, AC and a nice terrace. But, the worst part was food. We payed for all inclusive, and we barely ate in hotel. Our breakfast was bread and eurocream, lunch and dinner we skipped. Sometimes we tried to give dinner a chance and it was eatable, but mostly it was bad and everyday the same. Plates and cutlery were usually dirty. Waiters at bar and restaurant were friendly, they improved our impression. Also, one guy who works as receptionist was very unwelcoming and bored whenever he saw us coming to ask for something. At the end, will be looking for different hotel if I go to Alanya again.

The Wasa Hotel is a very good hotel, they value cleanliness, and the staff are very friendly. The buffet is also very good, with enough choice of everything. The rooms are well-equipped, not too big and not too small, and are kept very clean. The service was also very good and very friendly. The hotel is also not far from the beach, a 5-minute walk.
