Very good stay. Really helpful professional staff always happy to help. The room was spacious and very clean, nicely decorated, gave a luxury feel. Lovely bathroom.I enjoyed the pool on the top of the roof. Not much space on the rooftop but just enough as it is not extremely busy. Really good breakfast with wide choice of everything. Good nespresso coffee (also in the room) perfect location so close to the old town. The Only minus is a little street noise from very early morning..

After accidentally booking our reservation for the wrong day, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even while the hotel was very busy. They handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine care, making us feel completely at home while seamlessly arranging a new room.

I would especially like to thank Valentina and Marta at the front desk, Noel from guest relations, and José, our concierge, who patiently waited and assisted us while we sorted everything out. Their attention to detail and calm, welcoming approach truly stood out.

I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for its exceptional staff and customer service. Five stars without hesitation.

Amazing hotel with fantastic food – the Christmas dinner was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room was great and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The location is excellent as well. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and the lobby was beautifully designed. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall service felt warm and professional. However, our room was extremely small, dark and depressing, with only a tiny window and dark green walls that made it feel even smaller. There were NO CEILING LIGHTS!!! The design was not practical — there was nowhere to hang clothes, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, and the shower leaked badly, leaving the floor flooded each time. The bathtub we expected was missing, which was frustrating because we booked this hotel specifically for that reason. All the pictures on the listing showed standard rooms with bathtubs, including the one we selected, so it was disappointing to be told at reception that we should have requested it in a note. If you stay here, I’d suggest avoiding room number 323. In summary, while the staff and lobby were wonderful, the room comfort and design fell short of a five-star experience — more like a four-star business hotel.

Remarkable hotel, built over the ruins of ancient walls which one can see through the transparent plastic floor... Perfect location and exceptionally nice staff. Very good restaurant as well.

A truly excellent hotel, very close to the old town and main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Marta at the reception was outstanding – professional, warm, and always attentive to details. She welcomed us with a genuine smile at check-in and throughout our stay provided helpful information and support, making us feel truly welcome. A true ambassador of hospitality! Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel..great location..so easy to walk to the port  beach and other places of interest including eating places..more or less in the centre. Happy to pay the extra few quid...does save on the taxi and time.  The staff could not do enough and Ceclia on reception  a credit to the hotel and elevated the experience.  The breakfast, ample, tasty and delicious.  If you like fine dining..the restaurent for dinner worth the experience...veg option a bit restricted..no different to other European countries.
