The staff is incredibly friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. My gluten intolerance was proactively addressed by the chef and waitstaff. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere ensures a restful sleep. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

This was by no stretch of the imagination a 5 star hotel. Rooms, furnishings, amenities, linens, towels, etc. were all acceptable for a 3 star hotel, but five is absurd. While the hotel's website says 5, the front says 4, and even that is such an exaggeration, I plan to notify the tourist authorities.

Gorgeous hotel! Very quiet and peaceful, tucked away from the touristy areas. The staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean and the pool area was a beautiful place to sit and relax. Free bikes available to borrow from reception which we loved - the hotel is on a wide, flat bike path so this is an ideal way to get around and explore the area. Highly recommend!

The staff was outstanding and had a natural flare for making me feel at home. Unfortunately, I ended up traveling alone and therefore it was extra nice to feel at home, and be treated with friendliness from every one. The staff truly went the extra mile and I experienced that when they celebrated my birthday by singing for me, decorating the most beautiful breakfast table and treating me with cava and birthday cake for my dinner. Furthermore, they also set up a manicure appointment for me in town. I loved the free access to bikes and easy access to neighboring towns.

Just spend a week in the Hotel. It was amazing. It is a quiet small high standard hotel, absolutely clean, friendly  & supportive staff, the rooms are big and well equipped, all of the staff take care about covid regulations, nice pool and jacuzzi. We haven’t been facing any problems at all or feel  uncomfortable at any time. It’s sad to see how much effort the people invest in their work during Covid and the Hotel probably don’t get any profit out of it at the moment.

The staffs service is excellent. If you want piece and quiet it's for you. It's a couple of kilometres from other bars and restaurants but the staff will phone you a taxi when required. It's not cheap but it is quality.

Stayed at this supposedly 5star hotel for 2 week's under a stressful situation where my father's partner had fallen and was in hospital. As we were not returning to hotel from hospital until 8.30pm and was to late to eat at restaurants they suggested we have a sandwich and a bottle of water in our room on return.even though we  had paid for evening meal they charged us 97 euro's for this privalage, and one evening our sandwiches were left uncovered out side our room in the corridor. The room had a leak the bathroom door didn't close and they made us move on our last night as they needed to do work to our room. The second rooms light switch flickered all night and fridge was emptied. Very poor for 5 star.

This hotel is perfect for a pleasurable stay, as the beach, with its whole range of entertainment, is just a few minutes away. Of particular note are the panoramic views of the promenade, garden and swimming pool. The 14 rooms provide optimum quality in terms of service and features. We also have outdoor summer terrace with hot tub
