We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday there was 6 of us in Total what a fantastic hotel although I think we were the only english in the hotel it did not affect our holiday one bit.
Food was fantastic great service from all the staff we were made welcome all the way through lovely Al a carte restuarant housekeeping fantastic the spa and hamman was the best experience I have ever had anamation team were amazing .
We found this gem of a hotel the year before as I had my teeth done at interdental and I stayed here thankyou for a great stay .
The only down side is I have tried to rebook for next year and I can't seem to book with easy jet do you know if they are still selling this hotel.

Super location to come on a holiday with the children. My girl of 6 was so happy to play with the other kids. Kidsanimation was super.  Our oldest daughter who is normally very shy was every day occupied with the animation team playing volleyball, table tennis,… I advice this to everybody!

Rooms, location, personal just to recommend. Everyone speak German, very clean, good food. Beach is perfect for families with kids, pool also. The only minus can be that in the evening it is that after 9PM the music is very loud...but you can get used to it.

Thank you for responding, but unfortunately many parts of your reply are not accurate, and I need to clarify the facts for anyone reading this review.

1. Communication & English-speaking staff

We sent two emails before arrival regarding our delayed flights. We received no reply at all, even after checking spam folders.
Upon arrival, communication was extremely difficult. The reception staff struggled with even basic questions, and repeatedly told us “wait, manager tomorrow.”
The next morning, we were told:
“Manager is off this weekend.”
Only after insisting strongly did someone finally call the manager for us.
So your claim that the manager was “in a meeting” is simply untrue.

2. Incorrect statements about facilities

Your reply says information about the indoor pool “clearly shows availability from November 1st.”
It does NOT say this anywhere on Booking.com.
Had this been shown, we would have chosen another hotel. Closing one of the main advertised facilities without informing guests beforehand is misleading.

You also claim the arcade and game room were never advertised as complimentary.
Your listing does not mention any extra charges, and in almost all 5-star Antalya resorts, these areas are included.
The same applies to the children’s outdoor play areas and slides being “closed for the weekend” — again, this was never disclosed.

If facilities are closed due to season or weekend operation, guests should be informed before booking, not after arrival.

3. Misleading all-inclusive concept

You state that extra fees for à la carte restaurants are “clearly indicated” and explained at check-in.
This is not visible on Booking.com, nor was it mentioned before we arrived.
When a resort advertises all-inclusive, charging €12 per person per restaurant — without informing guests in advance — is misleading.

4. Room upgrade claim

You stated you upgraded our room as a gesture of goodwill.
This is not true. We were first given a poor “donkey-view” room, and only after two days of complaints were we moved. That is not a goodwill upgrade; that is correcting an unacceptable room assignment.

In summary

My review reflects genuine issues we experienced — poor communication specially from guest relations, misleading facility information, unexpected charges, and a lack of basic customer service.
Instead of suggesting that our statements are “not factual,” it would be more helpful for future guests if the hotel addressed these problems transparently. This hotel is not suitable for young couples.

1. Lack of Communication from the Hotel:
Before arrival, we sent two emails to the hotel informing them of our delayed flights. No one replied. This lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable.
2. Misleading Information About Facilities:
The indoor swimming pool was closed, despite being one of the main reasons we chose this resort. There was no mention on Booking.com that it would be unavailable. The staff claimed it was closed for the summer season, yet it is the end of October and the outdoor pools were too cold to use.
The arcade and indoor gaming area, advertised on your site, were not complimentary, which was never mentioned in the listing.
Half of the outdoor play area was closed, with the excuse that it was the weekend — again, not disclosed anywhere on Booking.com.
The water park slides were also closed “for the weekend,” even though we paid for full access. It is unreasonable that the resort closes major attractions without adjusting the rates accordingly.
3. All-Inclusive Misrepresentation:
The listing stated the resort was all-inclusive, yet we were informed that we must pay an additional €12 per person to book restaurants within the resort.

As I spent almost 12 days here, I am happy to share some more comments
- Friendliness and customer oriented - 6/10 - Personel seems tired, annoyed or I dont know what. Most not smiling and not friendly enough. English speaking almost limited. Even at reception! At the end this is not Germany! So not everyone is speaking german from the tourists, although I am german myself.
- Greenery - 3/10 - probably the most ungreeen hotel I have been too.
- Animation kids - 8/10 - quite fine and various, although the program repeats itself
- Animation adults + evening animation - 8/10 - quite fine too and lots of options. However lots of turkish music
- Rooms and hotel status - 7/10 - needs upgrade in many areas, it is already old.
- Pools, aqua, general amenities - 8/10 - quite fine and place for everyone
- Food - 8/10 - nothing really to complain here, lots of options for everyone all day long. Main restaurant - big queues for the main courses, lots of people just skip the line, noone cares.
- Alcohol - 6/10 - no really good alcohol and cocktails.
- A la carte - 3/10 - sorry but you cannot charge 12 eur per person for a la carte. That is something I never heard in AI resorts. You shall have 1 a la carte reservation for free.
- Beach - 9/10 - good option with the tunnel and shuttle and bar/restaurant locally. Beach very nice.
- wifi - 5/10 in most places very bad quality. Almost not existing in the pool area
- Spa - 8/10 - pricing good, good choice pf massages. Although what you receive at the end is not the one discussed.
- Price - 9/10 - for the money paid you receive really a good deal compared to other 5stars resorts
- Stars quality - since I have been in many 5 allin resorts worldwide we have to be honest - this is not really a 5 stars resort. If yes - it would be unfair to call others 5 stars as well. I would give a max 4 stars for that. Some areas need big improvement. If you calculate the points with objective weight - it can even be rather 3.5/5.
