It’s great I have been here twice. Nice bars you get free cocktails tickets when arriving the rooms are great, clean and quite large. The food is good better than other places I’ve been and it’s right at the shore and maybe a 5 minute walk to the town of peguara! With also some of the best views on the top floor and sea view. The family room on the 7th floor has amazing views of almost everything.

Booked a “Side Sea View” room long time in advance but was first given one with no view at all. After complaining, we were told the hotel was fully booked and we had to change rooms the next day—very inconvenient. The replacement room’s view was only slightly better, probably the second worst in the hotel. Reception even said that if we had emailed in advance requesting a specific room, we’d have gotten a nicer one. Apparently, unless you ask (or beg) in advance, you will get the worst room. Staff is in general friendly and hard working, though, but it doesn't make up for the way the reception tries to scam you.

****Please note the following review does not apply to three staff members. Martha at the front desk was exceptionally kind and accommodating, Alexis at dining was exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the housekeeper Beleń was exceptionally attentive and hardworking.****

We booked this hotel for 5 nights, roughly $1900 before checking in. The hotel is a self proclaimed “all inclusive” hotel but this is not the case. Only a mattress, room, and breakfast buffet are included. Dinner is an additional 25 € per person per dinner, you can imagine how quickly this adds up. The problems never ended. The first night staying at this hotel we barely able to sleep because of how hot the room was. The following morning we were told “the 7th floor is hot” but we were not offered a different room, nor was a technician sent, nor was a basic apology offered. The following nights would consist of more of the exact same, hot room, A/C running 24/7 and not cooling the room. Be careful if you need your room serviced, the cleaners will turn off the air condition unless you SPECIFICALLY ask for it not to be turned off. The free drink vouchers only apply to drinks of the bars choosing — no cocktails, the only options were cheap champagne and whatever beer they have on tap. Views, beach access and spa were acceptable, but the steam sauna (Turkish sauna) was out of service. Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel, our total cost upon checkout for 5 nights was 2250 €. If you want value and a comfortable stay with kind staff I recommend finding a different hotel.

We had a lovely short stay, especially thanks to our beautiful front sea view room :) The hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and the food was fresh, tasty, and definitely a highlight! Desserts were fantastic! The buffet is smaller than in places like Iberostar or Zafiro, but the quality makes up for it.

The atmosphere is quiet (mostly pensioners), but our toddler was welcomed, which was nice (hotel has a small playground and a kids club) Downsides: the air conditioning is old and struggles with sun-exposed rooms, the pool area is very dated and the water (even indoors) was too cold. Rooms are a bit small, and the towel deposit policy is a bit much. Also worth noting—there are a few stairs to get to the beach, which isn’t ideal with a stroller.

Still, the sea view and dining room views were stunning. Overall, a relaxing stay with a few things that could be improved.

We enjoy a group dancing holiday here and love coming back every year. Staff are wonderful, The rooms are lovely, the food is fantastic and the new Aqua spa is the best I've been to in a long time.

The staff here really will do everything they can to ensure your stay is amazing. We can't wait to come back again next year.

The service was incredible! The front desk even cut the tag off my dress for me! My only complaint is the beds were very very very firm.

I'm gluten free, and they had signs out to inform everyone what is what, as well as bringing me bread separately.

Very nice hotel.
From minuses, the sun lounges are always booked (4eur a day or 18 per week for 1). It’s very frustrating so I recommend to book it. The beach nearby charges 11.50 for a full day of sun lounge directly on the beach and with safety locker to store things.
The beaches are very nice! Water crystal blue. There is a shopping street near by with cute souvenir shops.
A lot of seniors and kids. No clubs! More for family vacations , kids friendly. A lot of Germans😄in the hotel some stuff doesn’t speak English, but everyone speaks German. Plenty of German restaurants around with menu in German. But you can def get around with just English.
Overall very happy with the hotel. The food had a lot of variety as well.
