I have just hosted 9 guests for the week at this spectacular hotel and everything was perfect.  From the moment I arrived with my group till I departed I was met with the most professional customer service from every part of the hotel. Every staff member wore a smile dispite being near the end of a busy season.

The hotel is exceptional. The food is incredible.  We had dinner for 7 nights half board a la Carte and it was delicious and plentiful. We wanted for nothing.

My guests had a fantastic week and so did I. I already look forward to returning next October with another walking group.

Hotel is great. Everything was amazing. The place is magic, atmosphere is incredible.

The room is dedicated to the sea view. You see it even when you take a shower. You can hear the sea when you sleep, even with the closed window. Sunsets are amazing. Breakfast is good, I wont say incredible, but very good. Especially with the view its gorgeous

Minor minuses: sun beds are separately priced and are really expensive. 30 euros per day and 50 for the front line.
But its understandable considering a lack of space on the beach.
Soundproofing-
Especially when you are trying to sleep at noon and the maid is cleaning in the next room.

Definitely is the best hotel in the area. Will come back next time.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel and felt very safe as a solo female traveller in the area of Sant Elm. The staff are very professional and I felt at home the minute I walked in. It is a perfect retreat with recently renovated rooms and I spent most nights enjoying the incredible views and live music from my balcony. Everything felt very clean. The beach club has a ladder into the sea or you can enter via the two sandy beaches that border the hotel. You do not need water shoes contrary to other reviews I read before going.

My only gripe which would stop me returning was the cost of the beach club, the cost is somewhat high even for a hotel guest. It is €30-€50 per sunbed for a full day, depending on if you choose front row or not. You can also reserve for half day. The club loungers are extremely comfy but the cost does mean people don’t seem to order much in the way of drinks. I personally wonder if the hotel would make more money by offering hotel guests a minimum spend alternative on food and drink if they spend the day at the beach club. I did end up spending everyday at the beach club but that was my personal conclusion.

The staff do not harass you for drink or food orders… which was appreciated, but at the same time I found that you do have to get up from your sunbed to order anything.

Reception were extremely friendly and really set those first impressions and the breakfast was very nice. ☺️

Stayed in a twin room with sea view, breakfast included. Slight hiccup on arrival in that we had to change rooms after a night, but management responded proactively and comped us a frontline daybed.
Steps from Platja de Cala Conills, it’s perfect for relaxation. The sunset views fom the balcony was simply superb!
Breakfast was expansive and varied.

The worst hotel in the area!
It’s hard to imagine a worse place to stay. The hotel blasts unbearably loud music all day and night – so loud that you can’t relax even on the beach hundreds of meters away. Hundreds of people trying to enjoy a peaceful day by the sea have their rest completely ruined by the noise. The staff do absolutely nothing despite numerous complaints. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, or even just a place where you can talk without shouting – stay as far away from this hotel as possible!

We had the great pleasure of celebrating our silver wedding anniversary (with 44 guests) in Sant Elm at the Aqua Marin Hotel restaurant.
We started with drinks overlooking the sea on the terrace, accompanied by a fantastic DJ and saxophonist.
Dinner was enjoyed in the restaurant with the folding doors open, offering a beautiful sea view, delicious food, and excellent service.

A large part of the credit for this success and for choosing Aqua Marin goes to the restaurant manager, Victor. Always positive, cheerful, and welcoming. Along the way, we had quite a few special requests – every single one was handled perfectly and always with a smile. THANK YOU, Victor!!!!

Our thanks also go to the hotel for taking such good care of all our guests. The female staff member responsible for the rooms was likewise always smiling and solution-oriented.

It truly became the weekend we had hoped and wished for. In fact, it turned out even better, thanks to the managers and their teams at the hotel! From the bottom of our hearts – THANK YOU!
