Things To Keep In Mind

Awful!!! one step up from a hostel if im being kind! . I really cannot stress how bad this hotel is!!!!
Firstly never ever a 3 star hotel let alone a 5 star! its simply false advertising in many many ways!, when we booked the reviews were really good, i can only come to the conclusion these were bot/bought reviews,no one would leave a 5 star review for this place,we spoke to dozens of people who said the same.
ROOMS.... are very dated, VERY mouldy ,broken toilet seats,lights hanging from walls everything is dirty, sheets dirty and never changed ( even when reported) ,awful quality everything,its from the 80s, lift breaks down every other day.
POOL AREA, pools ok, sun loungers, thats a different matter! they must have gone to a fourth hand junk shop and said can we have the worst ones you got,most uncomfortable beds ever made and again broken,or falling apart.
The area around pool is simply leathal! extremely slippy with broken tiles everywhere,this should be closed! the amount of people we saw slip you couldnt count.
Flies!!! that BITE!! ALOT! this place is infested with flies,thousands of them, and they bite all the time, you wont sit for more than 5 minutes without getting an electric shock somewhere,ive never known anything like these little buggers, you will be bit dozens of times a day,and they are everywhere,all over the food(ill get to that point),all over the tables,all over you!

miles from anywhere,on wesite and even the address says antalya , it is not! 2 hrs from airport ,the pictures are very clever!! you cant see unless you really really look ,not 5  yes 5 meters from the pool with only a hedge in between is a massively busy  24hrs a day dual carriageway ! you have to walk through a underpass to get to the beech with the steepest of slopes, you will not be able to use if you are in a wheel chair or buggy!!!!

OH my god i dont know where to start! its disgusting ,limited, nothing labled for veggies,nut allergies, and even if it was its freezing cold even when they just open the restaurant, its simply shameful on the hotels part,you cant eat it, its the same sh~t every day , and there are flies all over it, im hoping it will let me upload videos!,the tables are old and dirty,limited cutlery ,We all spent an absolute fortune eating out ( yes we had to walk 1/2 mile along the mad no barrier dual carraige way to get to a couple bars and shops to eat ) because the food here is minus 100 out of 100.

Summery,PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE  DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL,it should be shut down ,refurbed and new management/chef ,IVE never been anywhere even close to this bad, book a hostel and do yourself a favour!

The food in the hotel is disgusting within 5 mins of the food being acseseable it's stone cold my 3yr old as been ill for 4 days being sick from eating here my partner as been ill for 2 days I've just started being ill can't keep off the toilet it's rated a 5 star hotel it's not close it's a 2 barely pushing 3 it's designed around regular Russian and German guests both very ignorant and harrogant the hotel is situated right at the side of a duel carriageway there is no let up on the noise from traffic it's 24hr the rooms don't get cleaned properly the only thing they do is change the towels and make the beds the sun lounges around the pool are hanging onto there last thread if you're thinking of coming here please don't. The pictures you see of the beach or fake the amount of rubbish laying around is unreal not to mention the amount of cigarette ends if you're looking for a Turkish holiday this place isn't it

Classed as a english hotel and its not most guest are turkish or russian.
Food cold and bearly any choice, alcohol drinks are good. Floor is always went so if your not very steady on your feet not very good for you the stairs in the pool are broken, bar staff act like they cant be bothered to service you or the bars always having a cleaning break!!

Staying at Hotel Miarosa has been an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere here is incredibly warm, and everyone I've met has been genuinely kind and thoughtful.
This hotel was incredibly clean - from the rooms to every common area, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The sea water nearby was crystal clear, perfect for a refreshing swim.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Miarosa was exceptional. The combination of cleanliness, warm hospitality, and a beautiful seaside location made it truly memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others seeking a restful and well-maintained retreat.

Please do not book this hotel through love holidays.  I needed a break with my family and this hotel really stood out even though a long transfer from antalya airport.  We booked and paid with 2 weeks notice.  On arrival at 0230 hrs after upgrading to a double yes a double see view room,  which includes a double bed and one single we were met with 2 single beds and a small pull out bed.  After going to reception and waking up the night staff who was asleep in the office there was no one one attending the desk that spoke English.  I returned at 0900 and excuse the 24 hr terminology im ex forces.  I was told there were no double beds available by a young waiter with a bit of English language.  Breakfast came and salad and bread with some under cooked eggs that would not suffice.  After this we found the snack bar that wasn't in the hotel but at the beach and after queuing for 20 minutes they closed for a sleep.  This is day 1.  It's supposed to be all inclusive and gues what the pool bar shuts 5 times a day for so called cleaning and they also ran out of gin every day before the night starts.  Here we go day 4 there was a turkish family who smashed a glass next to the kids pool and glass went in so they moved away from the pool and we informed the lifeguard as unsafe.  He checked without a care and said it was safe.  Next day we got our sunbeds and after an injury in the pool regards the glass shards they cordoned off and drained.  If you want a holiday with bad food chips for breakfast and basic rooms whether you upgrade at a big cost or not then this is for you.  Also this hotel has no ketal  or coffee making facilties in the rooms or if you dont take a travel iron then your goosed.  Love holidays have let us down massively.  Apart from the sea its one of the worst I've stayed In and I've never left a negative review before.

I stayed at Miarosa Hotel Alanya with my family (11 of us, 3 rooms total) for 7 days, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
We paid £90 extra per room for an upgrade because the original rooms were not as advertised. The “upgraded” rooms were only slightly better, but still in awful condition — they smelled disgusting for the entire week, had chewing gum stuck around the room, broken lamps, stained blankets, dirty floors, and windows that wouldn’t lock, which was a huge safety concern for our youngest family member. My mother’s bed was broken, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close (eventually fixed the next day, but these things should never have passed inspection).
The food was shocking. We met many other guests who felt the same — some were even told to ration portions for their children (e.g. “only 2 slices of melon and 1 piece of bread”), even though this was all-inclusive. We ended up eating out most days because the food was inedible. Two of our family members got food poisoning, and the on-site doctor told us several other guests had been hospitalised for the same reason.
The staff attitude was incredibly poor. Many were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. If they didn’t understand English, they would simply walk away, and the ones who did would roll their eyes when we asked for simple things like an extra drink for the kids. We even witnessed a distressing incident where a guest was having a panic attack, and instead of helping, a staff member told her she was “going to die” — completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I ended up stepping in to help because I’m a social worker, but it was disturbing to see staff behave that way.
Our rep from Love Holidays made everything worse. He sold us activities (zoo and relax boat) for £380 for 4 people without disclosing that the zoo required an extra €10 per person to hold animals. He told us there was “nothing nearby” (which wasn’t true) and discouraged us from changing hotels. He also promised to help us get back the £90 upgrade fees, then laughed about it with hotel staff, according to reception. On departure, he gave us the wrong shuttle time and was completely unreliable.
To top it off, when my brother lost one key card, he refused to pay €15 for a replacement due to everything we’d already endured. The receptionist then threatened to make us miss our airport transfer, saying he’d tell the driver not to leave — completely unacceptable behaviour.
This hotel is nothing like the pictures online. The atmosphere is bad, the rooms are filthy, the food is unsafe, and the staff are rude and untrained. Please don’t waste your money here — we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever.

I’d advise anyone to avoid this hotel. Staff are not welcoming at all.

On our first night of arrival we got there at 11:00pm. We expected a 5 star all inclusive hotel.

We had a long flight and transfer and it was already late and we have a 5 year old and wanted to get food soon as we arrived.
The staff member said there is no food, soup only.
For a 5 year old child it’s not ideal.
We decided to go to our room and try and arrange a takeaway.

When we got to our room the door handle was falling off, the room was disgusting, dirty towels and for a double bed they had a lounge sofa bed as a replacement.
We complained right away and the staff member spoke little English and translated manager will be in tomorrow ( he really didn’t want to help and was avoiding talking to us)

After many failed attempts to order food we went to a local restaurant down the road. We heard them say “another victim from Miarosa”.

The following morning we was met by the love holiday rep Adam.
He wanted us to buy excursions but we said we was unhappy with the room. He said let’s buy excursions first then we will sort out rooms. (DO NOT PAY FOR EXCURSIONS FROM THEM OVERPRICED AND AS A REP HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE)
When we said we are not paying for excursions first and need our accommodation sorted first he said let’s see another room and then If it’s bad we will change hotel but he wanted to sell excursions first. We was taken to view another room.
It was even worse than the one we had.
We came back to reception and told Adam no sorry this room is even worse, he then says thank you and bye  and walked away (he just wanted to make money off us).

We tried to make use of our 2nd day and avoid being in our room as much as possible.
Food counter is horrible there’s no allergy advice and again staff don’t want to communicate with you.
It was dirty and food counter unorganised.
Whilst sitting eating our food a power cut happened a power cut happened at the hotel lasting 20 mins. There was people stuck in the lifts and we would have been in there if we came down for food 10 mins later.

Over the next hour there was several power cuts.
We was growing really concerned and this was not just a worry about the accommodation this was a health and safety concern.
20 mins later on the upper floors we could smell gas, very strong other guests noticed and started coming downstairs to report it.

The staff member at reception says it’s just electrical gas and there’s nothing to be worried about.
(I have never heard of this)

More people were coming and he was telling people to go back to their rooms at 8pm.

We decided to leave incase it was serious and went out to our destination we already had planned.

When we came back fire department, police had evacuated the hotel at 11pm.

Not even 24 hours in this hotel and this is happening it’s a nightmare.

Staff members of the hotel were not concerned for any of the guests and not talking to anyone. Hotel guests that could translate English were helping us and keeping us up to date.
Some of them were actually walking around smoking right outside the front doors to which the police were doing the job and moving everyone away from the hotel ( if the police did not do this the hotel staff would still not do this, well done to police.)
The Turkish people knew this place wasn’t safe and stood up against this hotel.

The time was 01.00 am now and no staff member was updating guests, some were walking around drinking aswell as smoking.
The staff were not trained for this.
The manager came and he was very rude to people telling them go back to their rooms everything is ok but later these guests that came back in got evacuated.
He did not care about anyone’s safety. Women and children were outside and men were getting chairs from inside to accommodate women and children (not hotel staff )
We decided leave the hotel at 3.00am and find new accommodation and came down to reception and handed our cards. The same staff member who met us on arrival then insulted us in Turkish.

THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL!!!
Read all reviews before booking, the rooms need updating, the food is disgusting. Do not be conned into thinking you are going to a five star hotel. Love holidays give us £64.32 compensation for our troubles, will not be booking with love holidays ever again, the staff do not help. Maintenance had to keep coming out to change locks to rooms continuously. It’s a disgrace they can forge the rating, the good reviews are obviously fake.

This hotel enjoys a wonderful setting on Turkeys south coast, just across from Incekum Beach. The hotel is located just a short bus journey away from Avsallar. Guests will find themselves just 25 km away from the mesmerising resort of Alanya, where its cliff top castle and Damlatas Caves are sure tempt visitors who are eager to explore the area. The hotel is perfect for every type of traveller visiting the area. The guest rooms are beautifully designed, offering a relaxed setting in which to completely unwind. The hotel offers a wide range of leisure, dining and recreational facilities and services. Guests can enjoy the lively ambience of the Irish pub and disco.
