Things To Keep In Mind

Me & my wives have just returned from a 4 night stay here at Trebol One and we will happily return to this hotel. The service from the ladies on reception was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms and it was pretty much faultless. The Bathrooms are fantastic, bright clean and with a good size walk in shower, the open plan living, dining and kitchen is a great size with everything you need and a very good selection of kitchen utensils & small appliances. The balcony tarrace is very very spacious with a table and chairs, View over the pool, sea view past the adjecent hotels and a view down to some of the bars on the strip. There's a utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board etc. Location is perfect for those nights on the strip, a walk into the old town, and those days down the beach. Being just off the strip you do hear the pubs & clubs and people through the night, but that has to be expected for it's location. The pool and bar area are really nice with music playing into the pool area for a nice chilled vibe and we'll priced food and drink. We arrived early and we were able to leave our cases and bags in a locked luggage room, and the same when we check out as our flight was late in the day.
All in all a really good stay here and would definitely recommend it to those who know what you get with staying just off the strip. We'll be back. Thanks to all the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Establishment is committing fraud.

Checked out and received an email saying my refund wouldn’t be returned, and they had “proof” I threw beer from the balcony into the car park. There “proof” is attached and it only shows stains which could have been from any of the 15 balcony’s in the block.  But for some reason, they accuse me with no evidence whatsoever.

I don’t even drink beer, and told them to even check the rubbish in our bin! Such a sneaky tactic to play on a guest.

They are making malicious and fraudulent accusations in order to hold your deposit with zero evidence.

Avoid and stay elsewhere

We have just returned home from a fabulous holiday staying at the trebol apartment the luvly lady who checked us in on the 3 rd of September went above and beyond making sure our check ran smoothly , she was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay , the apartment was clean and comfortable this has been our 10 th stay here and we are looking forward to booking to stay here again next June xx

Great location, washing machine in apartment. Was there 5 nights and have to wash own towels and buy own toilet paper. Lifts very slow and we were on 15 floor was quicker to walk stair once instead of waiting on the small lift

The hotel is very clean and right in the middle of every thing not far from the bars and 5 mins walk to the beach front
