I wanted to stay somewhere run by local Moroccans rather than a big international hotel chain, and I’m so glad I chose this place.

I was incredibly happy during my stay here. From the reception staff to the team who guided us around the hotel, everyone was wonderfully kind and attentive. During my time here, I got a manicure, pedicure, and a massage, and everything was excellent. Rahma was very caring. Although I couldn’t speak her languages, it felt so easy and comfortable during the whole time 🫶💕

The highlight, though, was definitely the pool. There’s a warm pool that’s perfect for swimming and relaxing, and I enjoyed it so much. The breakfast the next morning was also fantastic, a beautiful way to finish our trip.

I rested so well here, and it’s a place I would love to come back to again.

Don't miss the hammam and massage session.
Only minor point was the food quality in the restaurant. Should be better for a 5 star hotel.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Tigmiza Hotel! 🌟 The place is beautiful, very well maintained, and full of charm. The staff are exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive, making you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The pool and gardens are stunning — a real oasis of peace just outside the busy center of Marrakech.

The breakfast and dining options are excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food. Everything about this hotel is designed for relaxation and comfort. I highly recommend Tigmiza Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech — it’s a perfect combination of luxury, Moroccan authenticity, and warm hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay with my family here. Usama was a warm and genuine host who made sure everything my family needed was looked after. The girls had a great set of treatments in the spa where Rahma looked after them. Our villa was very well appointed and it was nice to have a private pool even though we also enjoyed all the other pools on the grounds. Breakfast was very good. Nice to enjoy a few special dinners there. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to and from the centre of town. Tigmiza is a special place and I would highly recommend going.

The most luxurious, beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. I travelled from the UK with my son and met with my parents and my brother from France. Everything about the place made our stay a very special one.
The staff are so attentive and friendly as well as professional and kind. This goes to everyone who works on the grounds of the hotel, the receptionists, the waiters, the gardeners, every single person on site is utterly delightful.
We ate at one of the restaurants twice and the pool bar and the food did not disappoint.
The architecture of the hotel itself is beautiful in every corner, the gardens stunningly manicured and the Royal suite we stayed in was superb. The floors, the ceilings, every little detail of the decor having been thoroughly thought through.
I feel so lucky to have experienced this beautiful hotel as well as the gorgeous Moroccan culture outside using the complimentary shuttle buses. Thank you to all for making our family get-together a very special one.

We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel near Marrakesh. The front desk staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the entire property felt clean, quiet, and well maintained. The swimming pools are nicely designed — not very large, but because the hotel itself is relatively small, it never felt crowded or noisy.

The food in general was good, with a decent variety and presentation. However, there are a few points to consider:

The hotel is located a bit outside the city, so expect to pay around 150 MAD for a one-way taxi trip to or from the city center.

The Moroccan evening was a nice idea and well organized, but the main course was served quite late (around 10 p.m.) and a bit cold — not ideal for families with kids.

Food and drinks are quite expensive; while this may be typical for hotels, plan for about 250–300 MAD per person if you dine in.

Room cleaning is generally fine, but the timing is inconsistent — some days early, other days quite late.

The heated pool is a nice feature, but the opening and closing hours appear somewhat random.

When booking excursions through the hotel, we were initially told we could pay at any time before checkout. However, one staff member at reception seemed unusually insistent on immediate payment whenever we passed by. While I understand this might relate to not having left a deposit, it would be better if such policies were clearly explained from the start to avoid confusion.

Despite these issues, the hotel provides a good overall experience, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax away from the city’s bustle. I would recommend it, as long as you’re aware of and comfortable with the few downsides mentioned.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was incredible. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help. The manager, Ousama, deserves a special mention — he made us feel as though we were the only guests at the hotel, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

The food was unforgettable, especially the beef tagine, which was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like an experience — surrounded by candlelight, Moroccan architecture, and warm smiles.

The entire property feels like the realized dream of Liet-Kynes from Dune — a lush, water-filled sanctuary brought to life in the middle of the desert. Between the palm-lined pool, the terracotta arches, and the intimate walkways through gardens, every corner feels designed for peace and reflection.

If you’re looking for luxury wrapped in authenticity, with service that feels personal and heartfelt, Tigmiza is where you’ll find it.
