Amazing stay – highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at V Hotel Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean, with a beautiful atmosphere throughout the entire property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great views and everything needed for a relaxing holiday.

The staff deserve special praise – they are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent and made us feel truly welcome.

The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options every day. The beach area is stunning, well-organized, and perfect for relaxing, while the pool areas are also great and never overcrowded.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing and high-quality vacation. I would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay here. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying on the resort was the perfect ending to our holiday in Egypt.

The rooms : the rooms were great and very spacious however the house keeping needs to be worked on. During our stay our bathroom was not cleaned properly. The towels were changed and that was all. The sink was wiped / washed , glasses not replaced and mirrors not cleaned. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve.

The food : The food was good! I enjoyed the buffet and variety of foods offered at the main restaurant. The staff there is also so friendly and ready to assist. A special shoutout to Sayed for always making my eggs to perfection with my requests.

Staff : Another special shoutout to Hassan and Mohammed who were at the UCook restaurant. Their service was amazing. I always looked forward to seeing Hassan because of how friendly he was and always ready to assist with a smile.

The spa: I did the VIP treatment and it was AMAZING! One of the best treatments I’ve ever had…especially the foam bath. I really enjoyed the treatment and would recommend it to anyone. The only downside of the spa is the female receptionist who has a terrible attitude which is upsetting because she’s the first person you come in contact with so she could easily just put you off. She definitely needs to be spoken to.

Wi-Fi : the Wi-Fi really needs to be worked on. The Wi-Fi is weak and often just looses connection or disconnects which is extremely frustrating considering that this is a resort where you’re spending your entire time. Please work on this.

Celebrations : My mom celebrated her birthday here which was special because the housekeeper tried his best with what he had however as a luxury resort I think you need to invest in proper equipment and decorations for celebrations. Such as balloons, happy birthday banners, confetti and other things that hotels normally do for celebrations.

Overall , with a few changes .. I’d highly recommend this resort! Thank you V luxury team.

Great stay at The V Luxury Hotel.
The welcome was warm and professional, with very friendly and attentive staff throughout the stay. The restaurants are excellent, offering good quality food and a pleasant dining experience.

The heated swimming pool in winter is a real plus and adds a lot of comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfectly adequate for a luxury hotel. The only small downside was the penthouse suite, which felt a bit small for its category.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return

We have just finished our vacation at V Luxury Resort Hurghada, and overall our stay was a pleasant one. Everything was good during our time at the resort.

I would like to especially mention Ahmed, an employee at the 7 Seasons Restaurant (slim, with curly hair). He was very hardworking, dedicated, attentive, and always willing to help. Whenever his colleagues were busy, he stepped in and supported them without hesitation. His strong work ethic and positive attitude really stood out.

Employees like Ahmed truly make a difference and deserve appreciation.

our experience was truly excellent.
All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding in every part of the hotel, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time here.

Taha was our room service attendant. We could communicate with him easily, and he was always very friendly, kind and helpful. He did his job perfectly and made our stay even more comfortable.

The only small thing we noticed was that in the main restaurant many of the tables were a bit unstable and moved easily. It’s nothing major, but fixing the table legs would make the dining experience even better.

Other than that, everything was perfect.

The best is to start by saying that I know it’s a five star Egyptian rating, but there are a few things I find quite interesting.
I start with the rooms.
Rooms are very spacious, although we’d have preferred a double bed instead of two single bed. Big disappointment were the amount of power outlets. Only four in the hotel room. Two of them in the bathroom. One beside the desk to either use the kettle or the minibar(but the minibar was located 2m away and had a 1m cable). And one outlet beside the beds. Bear in mind my husband has to use a CPAP for his sleep.
Then we carry on with the food.
Overall the quality of the food is good, I wished they would have had more local dishes in the main restaurant, rather than sushi. Also there is a good selection of specialty restaurants, especially the Mexican and the Mongolian were very good. Even though I remembered the Mongolian restaurant for a few days afterwards and was put on a diet and some pills. Shouldn’t happen, but happens sometimes. Every restaurant has proper cutlery and napkins made of fabric. The more peculiar I found the fact that your coffee or tea comes with a wooden stick to stir, like we know it from a takeaway.
Beach was good, sea was excellent for swimming and snorkelling.
I hope the hotel improves the amount of power outlets in the room.
