Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at in Corfu, the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond for customers. I have never felt more welcomed and safe at a hotel. Not only was the breakfast delicious but the lovely cleaning ladies did a great job every day cleaning our room and providing fresh towels every day. Reception also helped us book the most amazing boat tour around paxos and antipaxos which was the highlight of our holiday. Of course as the hotel is right next to the strip, the aeroplanes are noisy when taking off and landing but the frequency of this isn’t all the time and very easy to adjust too. Overall we have had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. The restaurants and beaches are lovely and also provide great service, specifically Skyview Bar. The blue bus into town also comes right outside the hotel which takes 15 minutes to get in and only 2 euros. And ideal location really! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Giving 2 stars is my respect to its location and the cheap price, in general we did not have a good time at the hotel.

When we first got to the hotel, the staff wasn’t really as friendly as I thought it would, she looks like she only there to do her job, I don’t feel very welcomed. The room was ok, it was right next to the plane strip and it was really loud when plane set off, a total noise pollution and it gets even worse at night, there’re more planes in the evening.

Got into the shower, there’re no shower door or curtain to prevent the water from going on the floor of the bath room. This caused a complete chaos and I have to have damped feet every time I got out of the bathroom. The last two days have no hot water in our room, my friend had to take a cold shower and I went to the reception. Did not get a single sorry or compensation, only allowed us to shower in one of the better rooms and specifically told us “no sleeping” in the better rooms, felt very rude and disrespected.

The bed sheets are always damped, super humid and even having my towels under the ac does not dry it over night. Balcony door was broken, all three sides are dangling and only one side is attached to the door frame.

The breakfast only has limited variety, the milk always felt like it’s gone off because it’s got that sour taste.

Within one hour of being in this hotel we were trapped in the lift, I was electrocuted by the buttons on the lift trying to escape, the room had no running water (because it was running down the inside of the lift shaft) there were pubic hairs on the bed, the balcony door handle was broken and wouldn't open, the pool was dirty and unsafe with a huge drop into the childrens pool and a ladder labelled as unsafe for adults. My child slipped on the steps in the adult pool and nearly drowned. There was no lights in the poolside toilets and they were backed up with faeces. There seating area was overgrown, no music or bar outside near the pool which you had to cross the road to use. Don't  "upgrade" for a Seaview room. They actually mean runway view and air traffic noise is terrible.

We left and booked elsewhere and since then the hotel and Love Holidays have refused to refund the cost of the hotel.

Disgusting place

Location was ok, it’s handy to have a car or scooter though, we did not book the scooter through the hotel as you can get it much cheaper elsewhere. The hotel is a 10 min drive from the old town and very close to the airport but a bit far from everywhere else. The rooms were ok, very much in line with the 3-star hotel rating. Showers are tiny so the water goes everywhere when you shower. Hotel Pool was ok, a bit grimey and yellow round the edges, couldn’t get a nice picture as it just looked filthy. You also have to cross a road to get to the pool it’s not actually on the same side of the road as the hotel. Planes were loud when lounging around the pool but tolerable with headphones on. Our room was 1st level facing onto a street and there’s a tourist viewpoint on that same street so every tour bus that drove past could see directly into our room/ on our balcony so no privacy whatsoever. Wifi didn’t work the entire stay, we did mention this but nothing was done about it. This was very annoying seen as though we were working remotely. Breakfast was ok, better than breakfasts I’ve had at other hotels. This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately needs a lot of work. Would not stay again but it suited our needs this time.

A great value hotel. We stayed in room 101 with a fantastic view of the runway. Good double glazing so no disturbance during the night. Friendly staff, room cleaned daily with fresh towels every day and bed changed every couple of days. Small but prefectly functional greek bathroom. Nice pool area. Huge choice of breakfast buffet foods. Discounts at very cool cocktail bar. Views to die for. What more could you want!

The rooms were great just what you needed.
Location was perfect if you like to watch planes all day as at the end of the run way for the airport. But slightly far out away from everything (20 minute bus ride from the town center).
Staff weren’t very forthcoming with help or advice. This used to be an all inclusive hotel but now just bed and breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t great no variety throughout the days. Pool was across the road from hotel. Got 10% off your bill at the local bar due to staying at the hotel but apart from that there was nothing really to do around the area. Would say it is a couples hotel or an older retirement hotel as no entertainment.
When getting a later departure flight there is nowhere you can get a drink or snack form or to store your luggage, it’s just left in reception. But the bar is still there from when it used to be all inclusive, they could make a lot of money if they opened that bar.
Stair ways weren’t well lit, no additional lighting so at night it was quite hard to see. Lift was a 2 person lift and wasn’t always in service when we was there.

Overall a good stay, personally I would stay closer into Corfu if I was to go back.

Had the most wonderful stay. Beautiful views, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. I’m usually not a hotel breakfast person but the complimentary breakfast was wonderful and a great way to start the day. While the planes landing in front of the hotel are very loud, I was tired enough that they didn’t keep me awake and was surprised how much I enjoyed the plane spotting! Unbelievable value, would absolutely recommend and will hopefully return!
