Rooms are big and clean. Some furniture is old, but not uncomfortable.
Service is great, everyone is so plesant and accommodating.
Food is good, very various, there is always spmething for everybody’s diet.
Beach is great! It is huge, with fine sand and enough sun umbrellas and beds for everyone.
Additional services (masages, day trips, camel ride…) are expencive, so we didn’t use them (for example: 30 minutes massage is 60€).

Staying at this hotel had pros and cons but sadly more cons. The rooms are very outdated and the furniture are chipped away. The room we stayed in first, the door was broken and it did not lock which was very unsafe. The shower did not have any hot water. And the beds were not made. We did not feel safe in this room at all and it was very far from the actual building of the hotel. We had to ask to change hotel rooms. When talking to other guests we realised they experienced similar problems and had asked for their room to be changed as well.
We also got told there was a beach restaurants, but it was not open at all. We also went in December and it was pretty boring, there was not entertainment or activities to do inside the hotel. The buffet food was good but not a lot of variety and the same food everyday which can be cold. It can also get chilly in December especially at night but the heater in our room did not work. We also had a manager there called Adil who tried to charge us extortionate price just for the taxi and asked for the money straight away.

Pros- Murad really helped us when staying here, helped us get a taxi and was very lovely. The waiters and service was very good especially in the buffet restaurant. Also spent new years eve there which they did put effort and did a fancy meal for everyone.

Overall, I do not think it is a 5* hotel and is more like a 3* hotel and needs to make heavy changes.

Sassy and the rest of the lovely staff really looked after us so well, they couldn’t do enough for us.

Nice bungalows, good food and right on the beach.  10 days of peaceful relaxation.

Large resort with plenty of space, easy to get 10k steps without ever leaving the property.

The whole resort was stunning. Immaculately cleaned with very vigilant staff on hand for any issues in public spaces.
The entertainment was great fun and organised very well. I can't compliment the staff enough, they all went above and beyond.
Amir, the entertainment manager, was attentive, energetic and professional and tried to get everyone involved. Special mention to Sassi in the dining hall. He made our daily visits so pleasant with his attention to detail and got to know all of the guests and their needs ahead of time.
The waiters were all on the ball. We never went more than 10 minutes without a drink.
The food was always of a really good standard and in constant supply.
Surroundings were very pretry and the private beach was a beautiful added bonus.
Overall, this is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have ever stayed in. I would definitely visit again

Worst experience – avoid this scam!
They don’t clean the rooms properly – you can still see hairs, leftover food from previous guests, and mosquitoes everywhere with no solution. The bathroom water smells awful and is infested with mosquitoes. Breakfast and dinner are completely tasteless with zero variety and mosquitoes buzzing around the food area. The staff is unfriendly and downright rude – they don’t even provide slippers; you have to beg for them, and they offer zero help with the mosquito problem. Total rip-off, not worth it – steer clear!

Built in elegant blue and white Moorish-style architecture, this bright and friendly complex offers both hotel rooms or bungalows suitable for families. The list of sporting activities ensures there's something for everyone. There's an excellent spa and a Moorish coffee lounge where you can sip mint tea and plan the next day's outing. When you're not relaxing around the large lagoon-style pool or in the extensive gardens, hit the beach - just steps away - and grab a slice of pizza or a cocktail from the beach bar.
