We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The entertainment team was fantastic—they were energetic, welcoming, and made every day fun with great activities and shows.

The food was good overall with plenty of variety. The only small suggestion would be to reduce the amount of curry sauce used in some dishes, as it was a bit too much for our taste. Aside from that, we really enjoyed the meals.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

The location is excellent. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and there are two shopping centers, including an outlet mall, within about a 15-minute walk.

The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools. Two are designed for small children, and the third is about 145 cm deep, making it suitable for older children and adults.

The food was generally good, although the sushi was not very good. We also would have liked themed dinner nights with cuisine from different countries, as the dinner selection was quite similar each evening.

The only downside was the noise at night. Around 11:00 PM, we could clearly hear loud karaoke music coming from a neighboring hotel, which made it difficult to relax and fall asleep.

Another disappointment was the snack selection between meals. While breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good, the hotel only served cakes and drinks outside of mealtimes. There were no options like pizza, burgers, or ice cream available at the hotel, although some of these could be found at the beach.

Overall, we had a great stay thanks to the friendly staff, clean facilities, and convenient location. With a few improvements to the food variety, snack options, and nighttime noise, this hotel would be even better.

Nice service, good rooms. Good variety of food but could do much better when it comes to afternoon tea - same yellow pastries every day. Entertainment was not the best either. Very close to beach and local stores.

Very nice and relaxing spa treatments for a affordable price! I highly recommend this spa, you have to try the Turkish hamam and then massage, you feel very clean, refreshed and relaxed afterwards. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming!

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Telatiye Resort Hotel to choose another place. My experience was absolutely terrible, and this hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. Its probably a 2 or 3 stars maximum in europe.

Here are the main reasons why:
•	They try to scam guests. Even after paying for services, they may claim that you have not paid and pressure you to pay again. They constantly try to charge extra for things that should already be included.
•	The staff is extremely rude and intimidating. As a young solo female traveler, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Some employees were disrespectful, aggressive, and treated me badly from the beginning. I even felt targeted because I was alone.
•	The hotel is very dirty. The rooms and common areas are not properly maintained. This is definitely not a real 5-star hotel (again, at best, it feels like a 2 or 3-star establishment).
•	The location is terrible. It is far from everything. If you want to visit Antalya or nearby attractions, expect to spend 3–4 hours traveling each way. Some excursions start at 4 AM, and they do not clearly explain these conditions before you pay. You obviouly cannot eat the breakfast you have paid for. They are also related to some activities where they put you on the wrong group of language (this this what happened to me for "Taurus activity").
•	The food is repetitive and low quality. Every day it is almost the same food, often too salty, tasteless, and made with poor ingredients. I got food poisoning during my stay.
•	The pool was dirty. I found unidentified objects in the water. It was disgusting. There is also loud music all day long, making it impossible to relax.
•	The management is abusive. When there was a misunderstanding about a service I had already paid for, several employees came to my room shouting aggressively and telling me to leave immediately. I was alone, and they used intimidation instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly.
•	They ask for extra money for EVERYTHING. Even basic services like Wi-Fi are not free... They also tried to make me pay additional charges after checkout. I have refuse. Thanks god they finally abandoned but if you don't fight for you will pay.
•	Transportation is badly organized. The transfer to the airport was a nightmare. I had to wait for many hours in the lobby with no clear information. The transfer for the return is worst. They make me wait exactly 10 hours in the reception without any other possibilities to make me feel confortable... 10 hours in the reception.
•	Spa/massage service was awful. The massage was painful and unprofessional. They don't make the difference between the type of massage : every massage is the same just agress your body. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and it create me a lot of pain in the back.

They are a lot of better hotel to go. Return to your research guys.
